My car buying experiences haven't always been that great. So for my new vehichle I began my search on the internet & I found Word Auto Net's website to be very user friendly & full of all of the information that I needed. When I arrived at the dealership to inquire about a few of the vehicles I was interested in I was greeted by a friendly staff & felt very much at ease. Fred & Jay were knowledgeable & made me feel like I was family...not just a customer they were trying to push over. I am very satisfied with the vehichle I purchased at a great price. I have recommended 2 friends since then that have also purchased vehicles at World Auto Net & they also have told me how satisfied they are with their purchase. My World Auto Net experience was great. It was my first time buying a car. World Auto Net made the experience so nice and convenient. They never pressured me into buying. They have a laid back mentality which is incredible. Where other dealerships care about the sale, World Auto Net, cares about outhe customer. After a month of online searching for a used low-mileage truck in the 250 mile radius of my home and not finding any in my price range,I extended my range. I e-mailed several dealers and was immediately contacted back by Fred about a truck they had listed at the best price I had found. He answered all my questions and provided more specific pictures promptly. He also offered to pick me up from the nearest airport and put new tires on the truck for my long drive home in the inclement weather. It was indeed a pleasure doing business with a thoughtful professional company.
