Wonderful to deal with! Fantastic deals!

Although it's been awhile these folks were great to deal with! In 2005 bought a 2002 Mustang from them. That car has never let me down! Still looks the same as the day I drove it off their lot! It's still my daily driver in 2014! THEY GAVE ME AN AMAZING DEAL ON THAT CAR! In the market guys time to plant the Mustang in the garage! Looking for truck or SUV low miles!

I was in desperate need of a new car because the one I was driving was becoming unsafe for me to drive. I am a mother of two and was recently divorced when my friend wanted me to come and check out this dealership with her. I didn't know hardly anything about cars, but decided to try to help her pick out a "good one". We test drove one and it seemed really nice, but what struck me was the salesman and his willingness to help her. Jay seemed to genuinely care about her needs and tried to get her into a car that would fit her. She didn't buy a car that night, however, I went back a few days later to see what they might have on the lot that I could afford, and was tickled when I found a really cute one! Jay took what was a really big and scary thing for me to do, which was buy a car by myself, and turned it into something that was delightful! I drove my new car off the lot that night! I had a small issue with my car the next day and Jay made sure I had what I needed to keep on rollin'! He kept true to his word and I haven't had a single problem with my car since. I'm confident that I could call him with any problem that I would have and he would make it right, just like he said. Thanks Jay!!! Oh, and by the way, my friend drove home in her new car from World Auto Net about a week later!

Decent guys, really bad experience.

Going into the process of buying a car, I was looking for something fuel efficient and at a decent price. This led me to shopping here for a 2009 Toyota Yaris. The car looked good and ran well so I decided to purchase it. The hubcaps were banged up which wasn't a big deal and the dealer said that he would go ahead and put in an order to purchase replacement ones. 2 days after signing all the paperwork, I had to take time off of work to come back in and fix a problem they made with the credit application. 1 week after that I noticed the low tire pressure light coming on. They have a warranty which they upheld because all 4 tires had nails in them. When the auto shop called to confirm that they will be paying for the replacement, they knew the one tire was low because they stated instantly that they knew which one was the worse. The passenger rear tire had multiple nails in it. The others had a few nails in them. They then proceed to not send out the memorandum title until 2 days before the temps expired which involved me having to drive to the dmv to pay for a copy of the memorandum title. My fiance bought a car from a big dealership and he recieved his title within 2 weeks. No one should have to jump through as many hoops as I did with a dealership to buy a car.

Dear Mrs Bolanz, We are extremely sad that you were not satisfied one hundred percent. We have the form that we have our customer sign and we sign when we sell a car as far as any promises being made. you purchased a used car with used tires. There was no warranty on tires even if you bought a brand new car. Yet when the tire shop called, we didn't ask them to repair the tire, we paid in full to replace all 4 tires with new, didn't question that you might have picked a nail up after one week. Reason we do that is we have only one mission in life and that's to have happy customers. I would have been more than happy to bring the paperwork to you so you didn't have to take time off work. We had mailed your title and we will be more than happy to pay your 15 dollar fee as well. We are use to hear from our customers how their purchase was smooth and easy to deal with. And as hard as this business is to satisfy all customers when you selling thousands of used cars, have always tried to achieve that 100 percent with no excuses. Again please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you might have experienced and wish you have a nice day today and enjoy your car and your new tires for years to come. I walked in and I was greeted and I immediately admired the excellent customer service as he was prompt, honest and precise. He helped me find the car that I wanted and accomodated my needs. He is a man of his word and stands behind his product. I was so blessed and I still cant wrap my head around this. I always hated shopping for cars because I got overwhelmed however he made it fun!!! I drove off the lot with a very decent car and something I can afford. Thank You World Auto Net!!! I truly appreciate you!!! :D

Second Car and very Happy

Just purchased my second car from World Auto New and I am very happy. They treat their customers well and have quality cars at fair prices. I will delinatly be back there again when I am in need of a new car.

Great place to buy a car.

I had a car deal in place, but deposit paid to "hold" the car for me. A day before I was supposed to show up to purchase it for a set price, the salesman called and said they sold it out from under me. This dealership was NOT WORLD AUTO NET. Discouraged I started scouring the car websites again immediately. I saw an '06 Dodge Magnum on here as a new listing. It was exactly what I'd been looking for as far as style, options, color, etc. Called immediately and spoke to Fred, the owner. Very nice, patient and easy to talk to person. We agreed to a price over the phone, and I set up a day to come look at the vehicle. An hour later I realized I would be free to see it sooner and called Fred back to confirm. Then I called Fred back with a question. Then I might have called again.... He was very nice and completely patient with me, as I'm sure spamming him with phone calls would have annoyed most car salesmen at the late hour I was calling. He had told me that the car was being detailed and would be back in the morning. I asked if he would call me when it came in because I had a two and a half hour drive to make so I wanted to get to the car before it was yanked on me again. I genuinely wasn't sure if he'd call or if I'd have to call them back repeatedly to find out when I could make the trip. Fred called me back, just like he said he would. I made the drive. I dealt with Jason when I got there, and the whole process was very laid back and smooth. Test drove the car, loved the car, bought the car. In and out and with the realization, after talking to Jason while doing paperwork, that they care about their reputation and want to do what's best for the customers so they can maintain their good name. Jason asked if I had the time and desire, to "put down a few lines" on cars.com about my experience there. I was glad to. Love my car and the buying process couldn't have been any less painless. Thanks very much to Jason and Fred for putting me in a car I love for a fair price and for making it something I won't dread in the future. I will for sure be talking to them again next time I need a new ride.

misleading

I was interested in a Toyota Yaris from this dealer. I live an hour away so I was very specific with what I expected from the car prior to making the trip to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Even though Jay was efficient and nice prior to making the drive, when I arrived to test drive the vehicle it would not start. Prior to going to the dealership I made sure to ask about any possible problems with the car and I was assured that it had been "fully serviced and inspected" and it was in "great condition." Even if it was simply a dead battery, if the "full service and inspection" was honestly done, this problem would have been detected. I simply walked away, because I obviously was not able to trust anything he had told me previously about the automobile.

Amazing customer service & I got the car I LOVE!

I had the best experience at World Auto Net! I worked with Jay and he is awesome! Jay went above and beyond my expectations, he made sure I was happy, answered any questions I had about my car and was very out front & honest! You could tell he genuinely wanted to get me into the best car I could afford. Not only jay, but the whole entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my new car! I am so in love with my new car & the customer service I got at this dealership, I have already referred them to my friends who need new cars! My new car runs and looks GREAT & if I have any questions they told me to call anytime. Finally I found a dealership that treats me like an individual who actually matters rather than just another sale! I will refer them to ANYONE & will be back in the future!!!!!
