I was off work for Medical and I was returning back to work and needed a vehicle mine was broke down and I had two days I was very desperate I went in there looking for a vehicle and they gave me three to choose from and the salesmen kept pushing this Jeep Grand Cherokee on me so I went ahead and got that because my I had to have a vehicle for Monday this was on a Friday evening Saturday the xxxx thing has been nothing but a money pit since Terry man's sold it to me he didn't fix anything that he promised he sent me out of there the tires were dry-rotted said he would get me new tires didn't do that all kinds of things started breaking down to the wheels totally snapped off of the the lug snapped had to have them replaced the heater core went out the air conditioner went out now something's going wrong with the differential it's like all I do is sink money into this vehicle it was a total piece of crap I will never get another vehicle from them if they don't stand by their word they took advantage of somebody that was desperate and that just isn't right I don't have a bunch of money took everything I could to get that piece of crap and now I do is sink money into it and I'm stuck with it so me some kind of cheap insurance that wasn't worth the powder to blow it to xxxx they didn't fix anything they were supposed to in it I just will never do business with them again they should be ashamed of themselves!

Hello Cathy, I am sorry that we were not able to make you happy with the vehicle that you purchased. We have over 10,000 happy customers and it's very unfortunate when one of those great people have a bad experience. But please allow me to explain. You purchased an 11 year old vehicle over 3 years ago that had over 100,000 miles and you leave a review 3 years later. As I recall, you had tried several dealerships which would not offer you financing. When you came to us we got you financed and gave you more than one option as you stated, at which time you chose the Jeep. I have helped you several times at no charge to you. Rude customer service
Inquired about a specific vehicle. Found out that we could not finance that particular one. After Julie called me back and told me that there was another vehicle they could sell me ( newer, more expensive and NOT AT ALL what I was looking for. When I told her I wasn’t interested in the ones she suggested, only the one I inquired about, she so rudely said “ I’m done with you!” Ive never been treated so badly by a company before. I could have easily gotten cash to pay for this vehicle but thanks to her rudeness she lost a sale and I would never recommend this place!

First I want to apologize for your bad experience and I wish you had ask to speak to the owner or general manager at the time you stopped by the dealership. Never the less Julie is no longer with the company and if you ever decide to give us another opportunity I would make this right by you. Amazing Experience!
My family and I had an amazing experience at this location. Our sales representative, Terry, was not only accommodating but also understanding of our financial situation. Terry went above and beyond when financing our vehicle. He tried multiple financial institutions, and he advocated for our case. Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. Additionally, we had a trade-in that was not running, and Terry stayed late on a Saturday to tow the vehicle, designate a loner vehicle, and secure an appointment for early the following week. 2014 Mirage buying experience
It was well worth the time and effort to drive from my home in PA to OH and purchase from World Auto Net. We were able to negotiate a price before I even went there, and there were no surprises once I saw the vehicle in person. The purchase paperwork went smoothly and I had everything I needed to have the vehicle titled back in PA. I would recommend World Auto Net to anyone considering a used vehicle purchase.

Dave Sutt, I am very certain that you are leaving a review for the wrong dealership. Your name does not appear in our customer base system. There are dealers in Cleveland area with similar name and perhaps you meant to leave a review for world auto network. Please do your due diligence next time before leaving a review.
Promised repairs
Promised an appt time for pre sale repairs, but getting the run around, received a call early afternoon,mechanic said he would call back and never did,left text after closing on his personal phone,no response, I guess they don't live up to there customer service once they sell the vehicle

WHY ANONYMOUS. If you have a problem with the mechanic you should ask to speak to the manager. Also no one values an remark by anonymous individual. Please call 330-929-6363 and ask for owner or general manager.
Deal done via text which worked great for me
I was looking for a larger vehicle to transport my kids to all of the sporting events including equipment and their friends. I called and spoke with Kelly and explained my situation to her and stressed the fact that I cannot afford to sit in the dealer for hours as my time is limited, she told me that she will not make me any promises but she will see what she could do and let me know. Well I was at work on a Thursday and she emailed me, I told her that while at work it is easier for me to communication via text and email. This ENTIRE deal was made via text and one phone call!!!! I told her what I wanted to do and she came back with a better option for me and I got the SUV that I wanted!!! This deal from start to finish took 3 days but really only 2 due to the third day was me picking the vehicle up. I want to thank Kelly and Pete for working so hard for me and getting me out of the "doughnut" as my kids called it!!!! I will be back over and over again for vehicles as soon as 2 years for our daughters first car a "all white Jeep"...
