I have been a loyal customer of Toyota of Rock Hill since 2008. Although my original sales representatives have retired, I continue to bring my vehicle in for service. I have always received excellent care and have never encountered any issues. My experience has consistently been positive, and I appreciate the quality of service they provide.

Trustworthy dependable and knowledge which are the most

Trustworthy dependable and knowledge which are the most important things to me. Courteous and they try be as accommodating as possible with your needs and schedule. The building is clean and well kept. The employees appear to be happy and healthy which should speak for how they are treated. Fair prices the cost of doing business consistently increases for all of us. We all need to save on cost but to have safe vehicles at a reasonable costs keeps customers coming back and not risking safety and knowledge required for todays vehicles.

Everyone is always so friendly when I take my car in for service. Patrick was helpful in what services were needed. I had to drop off car earlier than usual and Tim wasn?t there (my usual service advisor) but I was still provided with great and fast service.

They are courteous and professional.During my oil change they do a 44 point inspection and they rotate my tires.

Love dealership but was very disappointed.

Love dealership but was very disappointed. Did not honor 69.95 oil change special because I had Lexus said it was for Toyota vehicles only.. in past they have honored.
