Service ?
Service ?specialist? was arrogant from the start. Practically berated me for going a couple thousand miles over my oil change. Said I was only supposed to be there for tire rotation because I had missed my oil change date and mileage. Continue to be especially smug about the list of items I had to be looked at. I explained to him that the cruise control information no longer showed up on the heads up display. He immediately asked me if it ever had been there in the first place, which was an asinine response. Everyone knows the radar cruise control is on the heads up display when in use. It?s been there for at least 2 to 3 years with the new heads up displays. He then proceeded to end the service with I could?ve charged you $168 for a diagnostic since your collision avoidance system was showing error messages. I said this is a 18 month old car under warranty. Why would you charge me for that his response was obviously somebody hit your car or something that?s not our fault. Fortunately, the mechanic just reset it without a diagnosticThey were plenty more attitude problems that I?m not gonna bother to go into. I will say other people at the dealership were professional and polished. One bad apple shouldn?t make a whole dealership, but I?m surprised they would keep someone like this on.
