No car wash.

No car wash. Oil change and tire rotation, $113. Not cheap but ok. Still trying to sell me services I don?t want due to cost. Just do what I request. Received a text from dealership employee while waiting for my car, wanting to chat with me while I waited. Nothing to chat with a salesman about, while I waited. Intrusive and inappropriate.

Extremely expensive.

Extremely expensive. They charge by standard labor time regardless of how long it takes. Example they charged 12 hours labor for individual tasks that overlapped which resulted in only 6 hours of clock time.

Steve, Our dealership follows the same pricing structure that virtually all automotive facilities use regarding flat rate vs actual hours. In many cases, it can take a technician LONGER than what is charged on flat rate hours but the customer isn’t expected to pay the extra. My son?

My son?s car got an oil change and I am looking for a car. The have a lot of newer cars ? but not many older models 2014-2016. Their service is good, their prices for their cars not so much.

I bought my Rav4 from this dealership and have taken it

I bought my Rav4 from this dealership and have taken it there for service since I purchased it. Today I went in for a maintenance check. up. Service was prompt even though the Service Department was very busy. The service associate to whom I was assigned, Stephen/Pat All, was amazing!
