I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze that was just not doing it for us anymore. Me and my fiancé really wanted an SUV but weren’t trying to buy a brand new one due to financial reasons. When we went to Bourne’s Dealership we were instantly helped by Jose. The suv we chose online was all ready to be test driven. He then asked us if we wanted to test drive any others. We really loved the 2016 Honda CR-V and it worked great with our budget with a decent amount of miles. We went Saturday and it was ready for us Monday. The financial department was great seeing we weren’t giving a down payment and still got a great rate. He even gave us floor mats because it didn’t come with them! It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend them!

Jose was very helpful, and even lined up the cars I wanted to test drive before I arrived. Ironically, I wound up buying the first car I drove because i loved it so much. It was at the higher end of what I could afford, but they were really great about including all the small things I wanted...like the SD card for the navigation, new battery for the auto start remote, repairing a small piece of rubber on the back hatch window, and even repairing some stitching on one of the leather seats. Greg was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. He worked with me a lot over the phone and was also very nice and relaxed in person.
