Customer service is excellent
Customer service was great. No high pressure no mark up to mark down. Relaxed atmosphere and they were patient with me throughout the entire process even when I needed to make an adjustment to the contract after signing it. Easy peasey thanks to my man Jose who made sure everything was taken care of to the last detail.

Great experience!
David was extremely helpful throughout the process. He assisted us with a test drive, addressed all our questions about the trade in we had, and was very helpful in breaking down all the information about the car we were interested in buying. 3rd time’s a charm!
Great experience at Bourne’s, from test driving on Saturday to picking up my new car on Monday! No haggle prices, great sales/finance staff, cars were ready for test drive and pick up. I hate car shopping but Bourne’s website & great customer service made it so simple and a pleasure.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Been looking for the perfect S4 for quite some time. Test drove several but nothing fit quite right. Gave this one a try and thought i would yet again go home empty handed, but this was the one. Quality vehicle, very fair price, superb client service. I found one issue with the annoying windshield wiper, it was addressed and fixed in 30 mins. Jose was a great help got things done promptly, finance was simple cut and dry. Would def recommend. Oh yea, drove home the same day in just a few hours.

Easy and smooth buying experience.
I worked with Jose Molina for the purchase of my car. From the start Jose was very helpful and open to all my questions. His attention and openness made the process go very smoothly. He answered all my questions or followed up in a very timely manner. There were a couple cosmetic items that I was concerned about. Jose addressed them head on and made sure I was comfortable with the solution. Bourne's is clearly an experienced dealership and the processes are fine tuned to be transparent and efficient. I recommend them without reservation. If you have a choice, ask for Jose Molina - he's great!
