I recently traded in my 2012 Range Rover Sport for a 2016 Cadillac Escalade. Although, I had to wait a couple times in between steps in the buying process, Sue went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would highly recommend visiting Bourne's when you are going to make your next car purchase.

Jose Garcia was great to work with, got me the keys to a few different Q50s to test drive, made buying a car simple and stress free.

Made a few visits to this dealer before I actually purchased the Q. I have to say. Everytime I went no hassle at all. Always the best customer service. After looking for a car since Cristmas ( we went to: Toyota Nashua, Subaru and kelly Nissan ) we found our Cristmas gift on february with this Dealer, Tori Gourdin was the representative taking care of us, She was the most proffesional, sincere and friendly person that we have meet. Tori Value our time and money all the way from beginnign to the end of this process..:-) On finnance Carlos Machado was hellpfull as well THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Ps/ The dealer needs to get a better waithing area( lounge ) with more snacks diferents drinks and please different channel on the Tv ( my kids did not like to wach 3 long hours of basketball )

I had a great experience at Bournes, Ashleigh from reception referred my family to come in to look at cars, I was set up with Tori in sales and Shawn in finance and they were both great & I left in my new Audi, I would definitely recommend anyone to come to Bournes and ask for Tori!

Buying a car can be a hit or miss experience, I have dealt with terrible car salesman in the past and made sure my next purchase was somewhere that had a very high rating in customer service. Bourne’s Auto lived up to their reputation with a 5/5 in customer service. They do not pressure you, answer any questions you might have, and are accommodating. They also have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by Bourne Auto overall. I dealt with Greg Cummings and George for securing the Financing aspect. Greg was the ultimate professional and fantastic to deal with. He was very patient and if not sure of a question he was quick to follow up and provide the correct answer. He is a great example of Bourne Auto. I have been to Bourne a few times and never made a purchase, this time it was an easy decision. On the Finance side of my purchase I dealt with George Mead, another great example of why Bourne Auto is successful. He was very good to deal with and made the process seamless.
