Easy process

I had a good purchasing experience. My sales person was Greg P. He was very nice and responsive. He made the process easy and I did not felt pressured to buy my vehicle. The price of the car was fair and upfront. Would purchase here again.

Stress free car buying experience

We went in to look at a specific vehicle but it had been sold. Kim helped us find a different one. The whole process from the test drive, to the trade in appraisal, to the paperwork, to the pickup was easy and stress free. Great people. Great dealership. Will definitely recommend Bourne's!

Good Experience

Had a very good experience at Bourne’s! My salesperson was very helpful and not overly pushy like a lot of car salesman tend to be. They answered all of my questions and have been extremely responsive and helpful with the process afterwards (Title, registration, insurance, etc). The finance team was extremely helpful as well and laid out all of my available options. The only negative point I have to make is that they lost the lugnut key I needed and now I need to go back but they committed to changing my wheel locks completely free of charge to amend this.

Jose Molina & George

So Sunday I was looking on the web because I needed another car and came up on Bourne’s autos webpage . They had this is 300 Lexus that I couldn’t stop looking at so I told my girl let’s go look at it even tho they’re closed ... short story fell in love called left my email an number. They responded quickly a woman name Amy. So that Monday I called Amy sorry to say she wasn’t very helpful kinda rude and basically rushed me off the phone . So I said cool I’ll go up there and make sure I don’t deal with her so I get there and this guys running around doing a million things . I stopped him and questioned him about the car even tho he was extremely busy he took the time to listen and actually stoped what he was doing to assist me with purchasing the car (Jose Molina) was no doubt the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with and this is my 3rd is 300 . After the deal was set i then had to deal with the finance division where I met George extremely helpful and knowledgeable man who had no problem answering any of my questions and recommending what was suitable for me .... all in all besides the initial contact with Amy it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car !! Thank you Jose & George 👍🏽👍🏽

Saturday is the busiest day to car shop. Tori was helpful, efficient and got me in a great car. David was quick and efficient and got us into a loan. Working after hours to close the deal.
