Since April 2011 I had Leased 2 INFINITI cars : M 37 2011 and recently the New JX 35 SUV / Crossover .... My experience was excellent . Both deals went smooth and I got what I wanted (price = payments )/ Best offer then other INFINITI dealers . Randy , Ricardo and Gerald treated us (Me & Wife ) very nice and never felt them Pushy or in a Hurry . WE spent time looking for the vehicle we wanted and the options we liked . Thanks IOCC . PS : The services for my M37 2011 has been Flawless so far ..... and I will bring our new JX 35 as well .

My new G-37
I went in on three occasions to buy a new car. Each time they refused to honor an offer that they had made, by finding some semantic flaw in our conversation at the lsat moment to extraxt more money from me than we had agreed upon on the phone. I called Sawgrass Infiniti and they said they would be happy to business with me on the terms that I had been denied at Coconut Creek. I now own a 2o12 G-37 in the color and price that I wanted. This is my third Infinity and I bought my last G-35 from Coconut Creek, and I really wanted to do business with them because of their convenient location. In the question which follows, I bought a vehicle from them, but not my recent one, and would not buy from them ever again.

My sales consultant Mark Retzkin was exceptional! First, I believe that I bought my new car for the right price-witthout a hassle! The business office and signing papers was fast and smooth! Then, Mark showed me all the new features of my car! Yes, he hooked up my Bluetooth, set my headlight timers to my desired turnoff time, adjusted and set my seat and then when I had difficulty setting home link with my garage door, he came to my home and climbed up on the ladder and did it for me!!! I could really tell that he loves this car and was happy for me to have one! There is no better sales person than someone who really believes in their product! This dealership is lucky to have a rep like him!

I had the best experience at the dealership and with Mark Retzkin. Mark was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable of the product. He wasnt pushy or arrogant like at other dealerships(CS Honda).Mark went above and beyond, he followed up after the purchase and made me feel like he would always be available if I needed anything else. My experience was smooth and easy. A nice touch was that all the other leaders at the dealership all introduced themselves and offered their assistance as well. I would recommend Mark to all my friends and family. It was truly a great experience..that's what it's all about. I love my new car! Thank you!!

When I walked in...there he was, Ivan Mitchell. What a super nice guy! Polite, helpful, reassuring and, most of all, very tolerant of my many many questions! I bought the lease out on my car; haven't been down this avenue before. I didn't have a trust issue (quite possible when dealing with a car salesman) with him. Ivan returned my phone calls and emails...I never had to follow up with him. Funny guy too! Relaxed and not uptight. He asked me the appropriate questions to make sure my needs where met and I was making the best decision for myself. Should you ever buy an Infiniti, go to Coconut Creek (a really nice group of people) and deal with Ivan. And once you buy, definitely deal with Steven Fisher for all of your maintenance needs. He's just as fabulous!

We give our highest recommendation for working with Mark Retzkin. We had a marvelous experience working with him and the dealership. Mark was efficient, direct and wanted to work with us to give us the deal that made us happy about our car lease purchase. We are very happy. Mark also made the process flow smoothly. In addition, the dealership itself is a very pleasant place to be. Very nice people, facilities and overall environment. We had our 3 children with us and they were occupied and entertained the entire time. We highly recommend both working with Mark Retzkin and this dealership overall.

I couldn’t have asked for more from my experience at this dealership. Mark Retzkin greeted me right away and was very amenable to all of my requests and inquiries regarding the purchase of my new G37. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate every feature of the car in detail. He even took the initiative to program my phone to the car’s bluetooth and followed up several days later in order to ensure that everything was functioning properly. A refreshing and enjoyable experience through and through!

It was overall a very good experience. It is our second...
It was overall a very good experience. It is our second Infinity from this dealer. We were trading in the 2008 model. We thought that Mark was extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very pleasant even when we were unsure as to whether we would commit. After we did make the deal he was extremely patient and again knowledgeable as he went over every part of the car and set up our phones on Bluetooth

Great buying experience!
I recently leased my second Infiniti from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. I have to say that this refutes what most people say about the dread they feel when buying a vehicle. From start to finish, this was the easiest, no-pressure, professional transaction imaginable. The sales manager, Randy, introduced me to my sales consultant, Ralph. He addressed all my needs and concerns and showed me the vehicle he thought I would like. It was right on target - a beautiful new G37 equipped exactly to my specs. After agreeing on price and terms - I was introduced to Sandy in finanace, who was also easy to work with and very thorough and professional. When we finished, Ralph went over the features of my new car at my pace- to make sure I understood and was comfortable with them. He even set up my bluetooth for me! I drove home with my new vehicle in less time than I expected. I would recommend this dealership, the professional staff that I worked with, the tremendous selection they have on site and, of course, Infiniti.
