When I walked in...there he was, Ivan Mitchell. What a...

When I walked in...there he was, Ivan Mitchell. What a super nice guy! Polite, helpful, reassuring and, most of all, very tolerant of my many many questions! I bought the lease out on my car; haven't been down this avenue before. I didn't have a trust issue (quite possible when dealing with a car salesman) with him. Ivan returned my phone calls and emails...I never had to follow up with him. Funny guy too! Relaxed and not uptight. He asked me the appropriate questions to make sure my needs where met and I was making the best decision for myself. Should you ever buy an Infiniti, go to Coconut Creek (a really nice group of people) and deal with Ivan. And once you buy, definitely deal with Steven Fisher for all of your maintenance needs. He's just as fabulous!

We give our highest recommendation for working with Mark Retzkin. We had a marvelous experience working with him and the dealership. Mark was efficient, direct and wanted to work with us to give us the deal that made us happy about our car lease purchase. We are very happy. Mark also made the process flow smoothly. In addition, the dealership itself is a very pleasant place to be. Very nice people, facilities and overall environment. We had our 3 children with us and they were occupied and entertained the entire time. We highly recommend both working with Mark Retzkin and this dealership overall.

I couldn’t have asked for more from my experience at this...

I couldn’t have asked for more from my experience at this dealership. Mark Retzkin greeted me right away and was very amenable to all of my requests and inquiries regarding the purchase of my new G37. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate every feature of the car in detail. He even took the initiative to program my phone to the car’s bluetooth and followed up several days later in order to ensure that everything was functioning properly. A refreshing and enjoyable experience through and through!

It was overall a very good experience. It is our second Infinity from this dealer. We were trading in the 2008 model. We thought that Mark was extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very pleasant even when we were unsure as to whether we would commit. After we did make the deal he was extremely patient and again knowledgeable as he went over every part of the car and set up our phones on Bluetooth

Mark was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us to find the model that met all our needs and wishes. After selection and purchase he was very patient in explaining all the equipment that the car had. We were more than happy that he was our salesman.

Great buying experience!

I recently leased my second Infiniti from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. I have to say that this refutes what most people say about the dread they feel when buying a vehicle. From start to finish, this was the easiest, no-pressure, professional transaction imaginable. The sales manager, Randy, introduced me to my sales consultant, Ralph. He addressed all my needs and concerns and showed me the vehicle he thought I would like. It was right on target - a beautiful new G37 equipped exactly to my specs. After agreeing on price and terms - I was introduced to Sandy in finanace, who was also easy to work with and very thorough and professional. When we finished, Ralph went over the features of my new car at my pace- to make sure I understood and was comfortable with them. He even set up my bluetooth for me! I drove home with my new vehicle in less time than I expected. I would recommend this dealership, the professional staff that I worked with, the tremendous selection they have on site and, of course, Infiniti.

Great Experience!

I recently purchased a pre-owned G37 Coupe from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. First of all, my salesman Ralph was an absolute professional. The experience was overall fun. I HATE buying cars. Went in expecting the usual experience. Ralph and the managers made the experience fun, and more importantly, smooth. Being concerned about buying a pre-owned car I was quickly made to feel better by being introduced to the service dept. I got to meet my service rep Jeff. I confident that Il be in good hands. (Cross my fingers). Overall, a great experience! Yes!! I recommend them!! Thanks, Ralph

I got hit in the head by Coconut Creek

Beware of hidden costs and underhanded business practices. Lying comes second nature not to mention ripping you off. Bought a nice used Infinity paid and signed for. Went to schedule a pick up only to find that the car was sold out from underneath me the night before. My wife cried for an hour after being told that the car was damaged beyond repair only to later find out it was sold for more money/cash without even giving me a call to see what I thought. Apologies never forthcoming, silence by my very surprised and good natured salesman. Hidden sales markups to the tune of $899.00. They drop that on you after you make your best deal on the car. Slow to credit your money back to your account. Finance manager thought it was very funny that it happened. Ha, Ha. Rude and mean treatment from the beginning to end. If you don't believe me look at the service reviews. Beware of this dealership.

The reason is that the car that they are looking at today and thinking about tomorrow is a car that someone else saw yesterday and are thinking about today. Mark Retzkin was very patient and helpful to work with. Being previous owners of two Infiniti vehicles, we were aware of the reliability of the product. Mark took a great deal of time to make sure I test drove the 3 different models I was interested in and explain the features of each. I am very happy with my choice of the EX 35. A big factor in choosing another Infiniti, was the service dept. I have used another dealers service dept. but tried the Coconut Creeek's dept. for it's convenience. The dept. met all of my expectations and that was a huge factor is selecting another Infiniti. Our finance manager, Rick, was very quick and explained all the paperwork efficiently. Our Infiniti experience was one I would recommend to others.

Easy to deal with, very professional and pleasant...

Easy to deal with, very professional and pleasant experience. Salesman was a gem as explained everything about "the toys" to our understanding. The finance manager also was efficient, no pressure and easy to work with. Will definitely reccommend this dealership to others.
