We walked in late on a Saturday after already finding another Infiniti dealership to be closed. Luckily, Infiniti of Coconut Creek has a wide range of working hours. After a warm greeting from the manager we were paired up with salesman Winston. Dealing with him was such a pleasure! He was thorough, helpful and got us a pretty good deal at the end. We were there way past their closing hour and never felt rushed. The customer service is exceptional to say the least! The dealership is clean and comfortable. Winston, thanks again for the A+++++ service!!!

My salesman Mike Stevens was exceptional; he spent four hours and 30 minutes helping me make the right decision in choosing the right vehicle .However , it all disintegrated rather fast when it came down to customer - dealer final dealing time . As Mike Stevens handed me over to one sale manager , i was quoted a residual of twenty thousand dollars of buyout at the ended of my lease . When i sat down to finalize with finance , my residual went from twenty thousands to twenty nine . At that point i asked to cancel the deal as i found the dealership untrustworthy .

Purchasing a car is NOT one of my favorite things to do. The experience we had dealing with Coconut Creek Infitnity was a pleasure. Their friendly, outgoing, competent, and professional staff made the process easy and comfortable.

Every one was very nice and friendly. We were greeted at the door by Winston our sales guy that did every thing to help us find us just what we wanted. Hew was exceptional.

I bought my last car ten years ago from you guys. Everyone there was super nice and I had no issues which is why I came back to get another car from you. Not to mention that once you drive a G35 you don't want to drive anything else. Mark Stevens was super helpful and nice and Geraldo as well in Finance. Everyone was professional and courteous. Your dealership is very nice I don't feel like I am being pressured. I would never go anywhere else.
