What a great experience!

What a great experience! Very good and fair business! My sales lady, Jacquline, was so professional and yet genuinely friendly and I felt very comfortable. Everything was very up front and honest with her, the sales floor manager, Stephen, and the financial manager, Robert. The manager, Gary, was very personable and professional as well. They found me a lender and a program to fit my budget. I was expecting a long day with a lot of hiccups but they all worked together to make the process as smooth as possible and it all came together in a very reasonable amount of time. I'd like to mention that a few employees there are veterans or have generations of veterans in their family and that dedication to our veterans/country is just another reason I will be coming back to give them my business and refer others. Thank you FORD!

Finding a new car is not something I look forward to but Seth and staff at Auto Nation made is easy and....yes I'll say it fun. I'm loving this sporty and cute Bronco and it will be part of this family for a long time.

Wow’ from a professional business.

Wow’ from a professional business.. have been working with Lucas for a few days on an escape they had, I disclosed all downfalls on our part info wise. They ran my credit, but said they hadn’t. I had done the prequalify that specifically says does not hurt credit, then received a notification from credit karma they dropped my score 24 points. Sent over id yesterday and talked about down payment, didn’t hear anything back and today messaged to check in, no response. Then about 15 mins ago get notification that they sold the edge. Respectfully how do big companies get off hurting small families like this?? They only see dollar signs and commission, they don’t care about anything else. Sad world we live in. 10/10 do not recommend shady businesses all for corporate greed like this!!

Thank you, bc it was very unprofessional, and disrespectful. I have all screen shots of communication between myself and Lucas Garrett, how he told me he hadn’t ran or pushed my credit through but got notification directly from credit karma that yall had pulled my credit, dropped it 24 points, was in communication about the vehicle for a few days, discussed down payment and everything else.. then they sold the vehicle, just like that got a notification from cargurus like WTH happened. How do you do business like that.. because someone walked in with a better situation.. when we were literally in the middle of transaction?? I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well, and speaking to an attorney for the illicit lying about pulling my credit, because it’s just unacceptable!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Shop Here If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I signed the papers, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Christian told me I would get my car in two days because they were waiting on new tires. Two days turned into five because of an oil leak. While I appreciate them fixing that, I was left without a car the entire time. When I finally got the car, I realized they never put on the new tires as promised. On top of that, the A/C was leaking Freon, the brakes squealed, and the sunroof broke after only two days of use. I repeatedly asked for the inspection report and an appointment to fix these issues. It took three weeks just to get a response. Christian originally told me he would cover the cost of the tires since he had promised them—but that never happened. Then, I received a letter from the DMV stating my license was going to be suspended due to lack of insurance. Turns out, the dealership had voided my tag transfer and registration after I bought the car without telling me. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed the DMV and told me I needed to take time off work to fix it. When I called them, they didn’t even apologize. Someone from the dealership even told me to “play dumb” if I got pulled over! When my long-awaited appointment finally came, they refused to fix the sunroof, claiming it was “too complex.” They also wouldn’t replace the brakes, saying the squealing was “just how factory brakes are.” I ended up paying $200 for the A/C fix out of pocket, and of course, I never got the new tires. This dealership is dishonest and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress—do not buy a car from here!
