Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Shop Here If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I signed the papers, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Christian told me I would get my car in two days because they were waiting on new tires. Two days turned into five because of an oil leak. While I appreciate them fixing that, I was left without a car the entire time. When I finally got the car, I realized they never put on the new tires as promised. On top of that, the A/C was leaking Freon, the brakes squealed, and the sunroof broke after only two days of use. I repeatedly asked for the inspection report and an appointment to fix these issues. It took three weeks just to get a response. Christian originally told me he would cover the cost of the tires since he had promised them—but that never happened. Then, I received a letter from the DMV stating my license was going to be suspended due to lack of insurance. Turns out, the dealership had voided my tag transfer and registration after I bought the car without telling me. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed the DMV and told me I needed to take time off work to fix it. When I called them, they didn’t even apologize. Someone from the dealership even told me to “play dumb” if I got pulled over! When my long-awaited appointment finally came, they refused to fix the sunroof, claiming it was “too complex.” They also wouldn’t replace the brakes, saying the squealing was “just how factory brakes are.” I ended up paying $200 for the A/C fix out of pocket, and of course, I never got the new tires. This dealership is dishonest and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress—do not buy a car from here!

This place is an absolute dump.
This place is an absolute dump. I have never been treated worse. Buying this vehicle took 6 hours long after picking it out within 45 minutes of being there. I was told sorry and offered a slice of pizza. Hours after leaving the lot, the sunroof broke on the vehicle I purchased. I was told not to worry about it and it was covered in my warranty that was pushed on me by the dealership but it took 30 days for the warranty to kick in. Just to find out that it's not covered in the warranty. The speedometer has stopped working and there is a huge kink when I press on the gas. I dropped my truck off on 11/23 to be repaired and it's now 2/15 and I'm still at square one. I couldn't say anything worse about this dealership and have never had worse customer service. I'm selling my truck this weekend and starting over at a brand new dealership. This place needs its employees to go back to basic training. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

The sales agent was cocky and arrogant, thinking his car
The sales agent was cocky and arrogant, thinking his car was the best in the market and judging me as to why I reached out. The car wasn't worth the (not competitive) OTD price and they will not negotiate or price match. The sales agents as well as their managers support their rude way of talking to potential customers. I haven't tried any other AutoNation but from what I heard they're all pretty similar, so I will not be returning to any AutoNation ever.

I have been leasing Ford/Lincoln vehicles for the last 30 years and this has been one of the best experiences I have encountered. Daylan was remarkable and never made me feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted and fought hard to get this exact Outer Banks Bronco within in the budget where I needed to be. I highly recommend Daylan if you are ever in the market for a Ford! He will for sure have me as a repeat customer!

Appears to abused a impact wrench to put my oil plug back
Appears to abused a impact wrench to put my oil plug back in. This strip the oil plug and the oil pan which now need to be replaced.
