Everyone was attentive and offered me as much help as I wanted. The buying process was fast compared to other dealers in the past. The sales person Patrick Calvary was the best to work with. He went out of his way to find answers about the used car I was interested in.

My wife and I had a great experience at auto nation in Bradenton. We new we were upside down in our car we had. We just came in to get information on what we need to do at a later date to trade in our car. Mike Bolton was so helpful he ended up getting us into a brand new vehicle that night. We are so excited, he helped and pointed us in the right direction to better credit. The whole staff was very kind and offered us cookies coffee and drinks and to be sure we were comfortable at all times

I worked with Gary Hallows for my car purchase. I recommend him for anyone looking at this dealership! This review is also a bit late - I visited AutoNation Ford back in August. I had never shopped for my own car before, so I was heavily critical (and a bit nervous) throughout the process. But Gary was very patient with me and gladly let me take the time I needed to inspect and test drive the car, which honestly gave me a lot of comfort. He also walked me through the finance process and answered all of my questions until I decided to make the purchase. Haven't had any service done yet, so I can't say much for their service department. Still, the car itself is running fine, so I'm happy.

Only issue was on the side of our bank we were financing through, Ford was a pleasure to purchase through!

Went in for an oil change. While waiting for a service advisor my auto's engine began to run rough at idle. The Service Advisor witnessed that fact and drove the auto to the service bay. When asked about the engine was told that the auto was shut down before displaying an error code. They said they ran a test but found nothing. However never was shown the test results. We were concerned since we were leaving on a trip the next day. Was told it could be anything to cause the rough idle.

Awesome dealership from sales to service. Friendly and accommodating. Always a pleasure dealing with this dealership.

During a round trip from Washington State to Florida, I had AutoNation Ford in Bradenton perform the standard "The Works" service. I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment and the work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The dealer was located where I spent time in Florida.
