CPO Escape buying experience

Just wanted to make it known that i had a Great experience buying a car from AutoNation Ford in Bradenton Florida my salesman John was more than Amazing! He made my car buying experience so exciting and painless. We went to the dealership with small hopes of getting something really nice,but i was so wrong, my wife and i drove away in a 2013 Ford Escape loaded. John was really patient and very determined to get us in what we wanted. That day was the best day o ever had in the car buying experience. I highly recommend everyone to stop in AutoNation Ford to see John for your car buying experience, he truly cares!!

2008 Nissan Altima

The sales person, Matthew, was very professional, pleasant and extremely efficient. He made my car buying experience delightful. He called me the day after I bought the car to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I've already referred a friend to him.

F350 repairs

My vacation got off to a bad start with my tow vehicle breakdown 75 miles from home and 300 miles from my destination. I put trust in having my truck towed to the local Ford dealership for analysis and repairs. Michelle and her team analyzed the problems and provided me with an estimate on cost to repair the truck. She also provided me with their opinion that I had several pending issues as well. They had the truck repaired on time and for about 20% less than what they had quoted me. Nice surprise.

Terrific!

This was the best car buying experience I've had and I'm almost 60. I live in Naples and I bought this car in Bradenton FL over the internet and phone. My salesman Eric Hale was the ultimate pro. He had the car ready when I arrived. The paperwork took 20 minutes and I was on my way home with a beautiful Silver Mustang at the right price. What an exceptional dealer and sales associate. Do not hesitate to purchase you next vehicle from these folks. They are honest and straight forward. Greg H.

Awesome experience

David Hannon was my sales person and I highly recommend buying from him. He found the vehicle I wanted and gave me a great deal on it. There was no pressure to purchase anything which made the whole buying process more pleasurable. David learned it was my daughter's birthday and went out and got her a present. I can't say enough great things about AutoNation and David Hannon.

Wonderful and Easy Car Buying Experience

We went to AutoNation Ford Bradenton on 30 July and are completely satisfied with our purchase. David Hannon our Salesman was fantastic. Very easy to deal with and went through many options as we truly did not know what we wanted to do. Once we decided to purchase, we worked with Rory in finance. Rory also made our buying process simple and worry free. Overall, this was our simplest, easiest and pretty much stress free car buying experience. Will highly recommend David and will be back again.

Resonable staff

They reduced the initial quoted repair charge for a fuel pump after I questioned their parts charges which were typically dealership outrages.

A service dept. that really cares

The dealer I purchased my f150 from was not as concerned with my problem as AutoNation service team. I spoke to the service manager who assured me Michelle would take care me and she did. They underpromised and overdeliverd. I am so happy that my son purchased his first new car from AutoNation Ford and wished I had purchased my F150 from them. I will next time for sure. Michelle was awesome !!!!!! Excellent Service Department.. Thank you all so much for making me belive Great Customer Service is still alive.
