Bad follow through with Auto Nation in Bradenton.

Bad follow through with Auto Nation in Bradenton. Had 3 different appointments for recalls only to find out that they did not have the parts nor transportation available for me. Why set the appointment? I bought my $85000.00 Truck from THEM! I also have a shake on the steering wheel from a wheel that STILL is not balanced after three attempts from them. Buyer be where!!!!! Going to Sarasota FORD for the service after the sale.

I am very happy with the salesman and Jeep. I was not very happy with the fact that after I went to pickup the Jeep it was missing the rack on back. The pictures I was given I was told everything was still on.

If you are looking to get an oil changed this may be the place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to ford on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Each time they had my vehicle over a month & still could not figure out the problem as it was “not showing any codes”. However the last two occasions when dropping off my vehicle it was not starting while there so they could clearly see there was a problem with the car. The most recent time I was told the tech was starting my car frequently which is ironic as I got two separate alerts that my car was in sleep mode for not being started for over 14 days. I picked up my vehicle this past week & was told “we don't know whats wrong”. Instead of using mechanical skills & diagnosing the problem they let a customer leave knowing the problem is still active & its a waiting game for it to reoccur. Tom in service was great through all of it so if your going for your easy oil change ask for him. Otherwise do not go here.

No better no worse than any other dealership Buying process is them claiming they can?t ask the price one cent because they are the lowest price (they weren?t) We had a chip in the windshield and the film was peeling off the windshield. The Auto Nation in Fort Myers refused to address the issue between auto nation locations. Clean and inviting location but not driving a couple hours for that.
