This dealership went beyond the norm as we we just looking at new SUV’s. Our sales consultant moved many auto’s so we could view the entire vehicle. After selecting one he went through all of the systems and felt with the trade in auto appraisal. We came to an agreement and drove home with a new vehicle. AutoNation seems to go beyond the old image of quick deals by poor trained sales consultants.

Sales Management and Jack Gremillion are a pleasure to work with. We have purchased a total of 3 vehicles in the last year or so. They always found us the car or truck that we wanted with all the right options. One truck even came from a none Autonation dealer. The list includes a Mustang GT, F150 Lariat with v8 and most recently a Titanium Edge.

While on the way driving from Ohio with my wife to our honeymoon destination on Anna Marie Island my speed sensor took a poo and lit up the christmas tree of related systems that now had errors. Eric and his team were over the top helpful and professional to ensure my baby was back on the road in time. I honestly was starting to stress that I was going to have to fly my wife back home alone, while staying extra days here waiting on my vehicle. I cannot stress enough how appreciated their compassion and care was. Now onto the WORK, my truck is running like new. I actually was self diagnosing an intermittent noise that turned out to be a bad hub they found and replaced. I was due for 60k service and had plans of scheduling that as soon as I got home. They knocked all of that out for me too!!! I now have my truck back in better shape than it was when I left and the peace of mind of knowing its gotten everything it needs!!! Thanks to everyone at Bradenton Ford, if I needed a new car, I'd 1000000% buy it here if I lived out here.

An absolute no pressure environment from the moment we pulled up. Pushy sales people are the number one thing that will cause my wife to get in the car and leave. That didn't happen. We informed the salesman that we were there to look at a specific vehicle and he immediately went and got it and pulled it up front for us to look at. From the time we looked at it to the time we were pulling out of the dealership with our new-to-us vehicle, was less than 2 hours. Was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a few issues with my 2022 Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. I called and was able to make the appointment within a week. I was offered a loaner as it was going to take up to 5 days to diagnose the vehicle. After talking to the service appointment lady, she suggested the drop off and pick up service that Ford now offers. It was wonderful. They picked up my car and dropped the loaner. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, there are some parts that are back ordered so they brought my car back and picked up the loaner. Once the parts are in we will do the swap again. When my vehicle was brought back it was SPOTLESS. inside and out.
