A Better Way Wholesale

I was in the market for a used vehicle and called A Better Way. They were exactly what I expected. They are wholesalers, not a dealership, so if you are expecting a high pressure sales pitch, you will not get it here. We worked with James and he was responsive and knowledgeable about the car and he also made excellent recommendations. The only negative of our entire experience was the long wait when picking up the car. It was a 2+ hour event so plan accordingly. I would still highly recommend calling James.

Car was in good conditions for a good price. It was a good choice to buy my first car at A Better Way Wholesale Autos. Service was excellent and the employees are great!

This was my first time to buy a car from a dealer. I bought a car when I was there just for 1-2 hours. The experience was not bad. The salesmen, James and Matt are very friendly and eager to help. They are very professional and detailed. Although, I wish they were relax a little and less rigid in price. I recommend them.

I think one of the most useful reviews I read before going to this place mentioned that it isn't a typical dealership, so you have to go in with different expectations. These guys are high volume dealers, they sell about 100 cars per week! I've never seen so many people at a dealership! I was helped by a gentleman named Miguel who was great. Later in the process I felt a bit haggled & pressured to buy their extended warranty coverage, otherwise the experience was good. I've only had the car a few days so I'd like to come back later to update on the quality of the automobile I purchased from them.

Busy independent dealership with excellent competitive pricing. Be prepared for some wait time when closing on a vehicle. As of yet, can't physically walk the large inventory storage lot which means you have to pick out a favorite vehicle from the website and the salesman will bring it to the main sales office. Overall they do a good job of trying to streamline the process...

Awesome staff who works hard to get you in your desired payment price range. They are very nice and have no hidden fees and are very up front with everything. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle on the highway because of "insurance issues." Didn't discover the vibration until I bought the truck and started driving home on the highway. Also then learned about the thump thump when braking from high speeds. Within one week of purchase I spent over $1,000 on repairs. I didn't trust their repair people to do the job after they had found it to be without problems.I should have checked the A Better Way web site reviews---average 2 stars with lots of unhappy customers.
