Very Nice Experience

We had a very smooth and nice experience with James. He was very professional and very honest about the cars and got us the best. Everyone was very friendly.James answered all our queries without hesitation and gave satisfying answers. The selection and registration were very fast and we got our car in no time. They have the best rates and I am sure that they are the cheapest and best compared to any dealers. I will defintely recommend this dealer.

A Better Way is a Better Way!

My husband and I have have been a customer of a better way for 6 years, we have sent them at least 10 customers and those customers sent them customers. We have always worked with Mary, shes the best ever. We just purchased our 4th car from them this past weekend, and everything went smooth like always. You can't go wrong with a better way!

Professionals and excellent team.

Miriam is great.

We've had good experience with Miriam, not only she helped us choose a car, but she understood our needs. She took her time. We purchased both our cars with her. The first one was on 08/11 the 2nd was was 08/15. We took our car the same day of purchase. We definetely recommend this place thanks to Miriam. Not a fan

went in to buy a Jeep Wrangler. They stated the car was inspected and road ready. Needed to fix the emergency break before we brought it home. Emergency break still very loose, and found that there was NO air filter in the jeep. Yet they said it was inspected. Did not bring it back to their service dept. don't trust them. There was no privacy in their sales office. It was a big open space with a lot of desks. Some point you would be filling out your private financial info right next to the other person buying a car. .

Nice, friendly, efficient

Overall I had a great experience, my sales person was Miriam, she was very attentive to my needs and was great at working with me and my situation. The buying process was quick and painless and was able to get this done in 2 days.

Professional, courteous and hassle free

I would like to thank the staff at A Better Way Auto for making my first time buying experience not only simple, but also fun. Junior was professional and not pushy at all. He was quick to answer my questions and genuinely understanding of what a major decision this was. John Albano in the finance department got me a competitive rate and was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork. He also gave me advice on how to continue building my new credit. Everyone there was truly a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car and refer friends there. I love my new truck!

2008 Chevy Impala

Went in with my mind set on what I wanted and got it. Thery was so helpful in answering all of my question straight forward with no run around. Closing on a vehicle took for ever but the price was well worth it. Would recommend the dealership and Thery to all my friends.

2012 Toyota Camry

I think this was a positive experience with buying my first car. Antonio was pretty helpful with getting me situated and making sure that my process of buying a car was easy. Car was in good condition and I am satisfied with it.
