I was referred to ABW by my friends when I started thinking about getting a pre-owned car for myself and I had to go with ABW (A Better Way Wholesale Autos) hearing all the positive feedback. ABW autos was the perfect choice with over 4,000 vehicles to choose from and I was helped overall by James Palmer, who personally took good care of my needs and was very cooperative. Overall my experience with this dealer was positive. They do a lot of business on a daily basis because they sell cars near wholesale price. Website is excellent; however cars sometimes have more body scratches/dents than can be seen in pictures. Be prepared to be there a long time, even when simply looking. They do not keep cars on their sales location, therefore you must be clear what you would like to see and they retrieve it from their large lot down the road. If you do your homework about what car you are interested in and you know what you are buying, this is a fine place to shop. Their customer service skills need improvement, but that's not why you are buying from them. You are looking to get a good car at a great price that will last. If you need lots of customer service and hand holding, this isn't the place for you. Mary was my initial contact and her communication with me was excellent. She responded immediately whether I used email, text or phone. Make sure you know who are are working with when you are looking and get a working phone number or call the dealership directly. They do have free water, snacks and soda while you are waiting, but not much room. I advise against taking children due to the amount of time it takes to find a salesperson free and to see any vehicle you are interested in that day.

i called about a car they had on the site and they told me not to come down on the weeked because it was going to be to busy. I asked when I could come see the car and they said that following Monday I could look at it and decide what I wanted to do. I called and asked on that Monday if I could still come see the car and they said yes. I made the 2 hour trip there and when I got there I was asked what I wanted. I told them I talked to them earlier and wanted to look at a car. I told them the car I was wanting to see and they said they had sold it 10 min earlier even they knew I was coming to look. I would not recommend this place and will never be going back!

I found the car of my dreams. The place is amazing they help you with all your needs and treat you like family next time i need a car i will be heading over there again .. Thank you guys for everything espeacialy johnny the sales guy that helped me ..

Our Salesperson, Ms. Amy Costello was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous. We have purchased another vehicle at your dealership last year and did not have as good an experience. Amy checked on us, followed up w/service and Finance to ensure that we didn't spend any more time then necessary at the dealership.

I worked with James Palmer, I found him to be very knowledgeable,patient and courteous. I had not heard of A Better Way until now, I will recommend them to friends and family. A better way worked for me on a scale of 1 -10 I give them a 10 plus!!!
