Never coming here again, there was a sale woman that
Never coming here again, there was a sale woman that claimed she was checking my credit for about an hour. didn't do anything but wasting our time and giving us the run around. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

They have a large inventory! After viewing their inventory online I went to their business with 6 cars and suv's to look at, The crew was great! Especially Eddie Colon my sales person. Eddie was very personable, fair and as far as I am concerned went out of his way to help me days after driving the car home. Its a busy yard. Just find a to park and go in like you belong. You will be glad you you did! Greg

I’m writing this review while we are in the middle of
I’m writing this review while we are in the middle of negotiating some kind of an agreement with the car that we bought from a better way. We bought a car five months ago we’ve driven at 5000 miles. We bought the full warranty. A week ago all the lights came on and the car overheated. We called a better way from where we were broken down and asked if we should bring it to them because we purchased the warranty and they said they did not have the staff to look at it for a 1 to 3 weeks. so they suggested we take it to the dealer or somewhere else because we have the warranty. We took it to Mitchell Subaru. Subaru could not work with the warranty company until better. We called them that was taken care of, warranty company said the engine had to be torn down before they could come and decide whether they would repair it. They also told us that if they decided it couldn’t didn’t have to be replaced we would have to pay the $3900. Bring the car to them because they have a secret way of dealing with the warranty companies. or a special way. We are in the process of towing the car to a better way our own expense. When they ran the diagnostic at Mitchell Subaru, they found six critical problems with the car. Number one was a rusted out exhaust system Number two the head gasket was blown water in oil, oil in water. Number three needs a new engine . I spoke with multiple people from each department at a better way I spoke with the service manager, Chrissy. I spoke with the sales person. I spoke with someone from the finance because I was told they are responsible for selling me the warranty. What they’re trying to tell me is that they safety check the vehicle and it was roadworthy. There is no way we could have rusted out, the muffler the entire exhaust system five months in the summer. I’m not sure how they plan on fixing this, but they will not provide me a vehicle while they’re working on it. They will not provide me a solution. They will not reimburse me for the towing. I also owe the dealer $200 for the diagnostics. Then they also told me that they may have to do a tear down, but it will be cheaper because they will only charge me labor and then I will have to pay only 50% of the cost of the teardown if they go ahead and put an engine in. I just can’t believe that this is legal , I asked to speak with the manager multiple times and they said he’s not here. He’s not at his desk he’s busy etc. I’m holding onto that will fix this car. I asked to return it. They said absolutely not. Here’s hoping.

Absolute junk.
Absolute junk. Was there at least 7 hrs. Supposedly they were checking the entire car. On the way home, the radio didn’t work. 3 days later the car wouldn’t start. Stay away

Please don’t buy any car from them. On March 14,2024 I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot with approximately 75000 miles for $10000. In less than six months I need a new engine. When I spoke to a sales representative he refused to work with me in compensation for something that they must have known about when they sold it to me. I feel totally cheated and I strongly discourage anyone from buying a car from them. Steven Silver

Not often as a CEO would I spend my time top write a negative review but since I can't seem to get any human on the phone who isn't rude I felt compelled. Phoned yesterday for the CarFax (standard to request one) and Alex rudely told me that I should look it up. What exactly do sales people do if not sell and help? CarFax showed car is blue not white (advertised) and I requested he confirm color in person. 24 + hours have passed, no reply. No reply even to say he is looking into it. This morning I called at 9:32am and got Antonio but he told me he couldn't check/confirm. Then I called again and got Emanual and he couldn't confirm. Buying two cars FOR MY TWIN 16 YR OLDS BIRTHDAY and I 100% would not suggest to do business here. Alex actually said if I wanted the car I should come in person. Worst sales crew ever!

I chose one star because it would not let me pick zero! We purchased a Jeep Wrangler from these scam artists and after only a week of driving it there was a burning smell and a weird pulling feeling coming from the front driver side brakes. We brought it back and they said the brake was "locked up" claimed they fixed it sent us on our way. We weren't even home before the problem happened again. We again brought it back and they claimed they fixed it again. Well I guess the third time is the charm because after the problem continued we brought it to another repair shop where they actually fixed it but of course it was not cheap. However, they were so concerned by what they found they immediately called us to come in. The entire underside of this car is completely rusted and rotted to the point where some parts are stuck to other parts, they called it a disaster waiting to happen and they refused to do anymore work on it. They asked if the car had been in a flood.. We called A Better Way and they said there was nothing they could do. I wish I could say that was the worst of it but it gets much worse. As I was turning a corner the tire completely snapped off the car, it had rusted through, the tow company and state police could not believe we didn't have a horrible accident. The tie rod completely failed from rust and the stabilizer bar which is very important to the safe driving in a Jeep cracked in half. Also the radiator and the water pump have had to be replaced. There is something wrong with the transmission since the car won't go above 25 mph. Apparently according to the last garage the frame is cracked and now there is something wrong with the steering. We have been told the car is not safe to drive so it sits in our driveway, no dealership will take it for trade, we tried. I would not even sell this car for fear that someone would have a terrible accident. We have two more years to pay for this xxx vehicle and of course the Lemon Law does not apply to this car. I would buy a car from an actual junkyard before buying from these guys.
