When I showed up to look at a jeep a gentleman by the name of Kent handled all my questions and took the time to share information about these types of vehicles. I felt very comfortable talking with him and trusted him completely. After I purchased the vehicle, he made sure it went through a good safety inspection where they found it needed new Tie Rods and they were replaced at no cost to me as well as adding a brand-new top. I'm extremely happy with this dealer and plan to buy all my future vehicles there. It was a great experience and I hope Kent gets the recognition he deserves. Awesome person!!!

There is a reason why so many people say to “stay away” this dealership is absolutely terrible they take deposits and don’t deliver cars. What a bunch of scammers. Again STAY AWAY

This place sucks don't buy there they lie about
This place sucks don't buy there they lie about condition of the car .took it off the lot first day no brakes and then took it straight to Nissan to be told need brakes rotors leaking oil pan transmission and filter and allinment need to be done car has been back 6timesto be sent away no brakes still but you inspected the car lies buyer beware and try not to giveback daposit 2015nissan juke

A better way, more like the worst way
Purchased a used SUV, after the sale was final the car was back 3 weeks out of the first 4 I owned it replacing, the thermostat, steering rack, front struts, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, heater core, ect. They never did any inspection and hope nobody calls them out. After I got the car back the shop refused to fix anything else and I had to take it to my local shop to repair it.

I just called A "Better Way", to ask about a car that I am interested in. The sales person (Sarah) didn't have a clue about how sales taxes worked for out of state buyers, and the moment I said I would be paying cash (not financing) she basically lost interest. Another interesting point, is I asked if I could pay to have an independent inspection done on the car, by a service that will go to the dealer; I was told no that is not allowed unless I give them a 1000USD non-refundable deposit. I am all for a deposit, but to make it non-refundable is nonsense. If the inspections turns up an unknown issue I do not want to be locked into the car. No matter how you slice it this is not a good way to do business and it all feels quite disingenuous. Not to mention the fact the sales person I worked with wasn't on top of her game, or the additional 996USD transaction fee... I would avoid this place and find somewhere more reputable.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE
1. Do NOT buy from here 2. Do not put a deposit down- non refundable 3. cars are NOT worth a deposit. If it's not there when you get here. It's a blessing. 4. 2015 jeep -engine died-nov-customer just got it back in march. - NO OFFER OF OTHER VEHICLE WHILE SERVICED 5. SERVICE does not help 6. T.J. Does not care or help with complaints. 7. You will test drive with the gas light on... and if you buy ... they will give it to you with the gas light on. 8. I was lied to numerous times even about them leaving me voicemails. 9. Whatever "Offer" you get.. you get... they don't discuss options. 10. There was a thick film of Armor All everywhere not even attempted to be wiped. complete grease everywhere. trash and dirt still in the car.

Straight up scam
I had a trade to offer 2011 2500HD LT Silverado it has high mileage 228000 and the Kelly Blue Book in its condition was $5000.00 trade in value these morons offered me $1000.00 for it. The 3 vehicles I drove an hour and a half for weren't even on the lot anymore they were sold 4 days before even when I contacted them asking if they were still available the day before I went and the sales person said Yes.

Filthy vehicle
When I want to go pick up my vehicle all of the stickers were still on my S UV there was dust all over the dashboard and muttered on the carpet it was not clean and I was not happy
