Easy and helpful!!

Eric helped us buy a 12' kia soul. He was helpful and honest. It was a great experiance!! But calling and making an appointment is very important to make wait times lower. But it worth it!! I love my new car!

Very easy to work with

Jeremy and Johnny were very accomodating and answered all my questions with honesty. The entire transaction went very smoothly. I highly reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

great experience at this dealer

Everyone at a better way whole sales autos attentive, efficient, and worked fast to get the car I loved. Eric, my dealer, was honest down to earth and seemed to have my best interest in mind only. I would totally recommend this dealership.

Very Good

Th experience was very good for the most part. The only part of my experience that did not make it an excellent experience was the amount of waiting time.

Simply the Best Way to Go

The dealership may seem hectic at first, but it's crowded for a reason. Approachable professionalism is the goal and it is greatly met. I found the car I wanted first through the dealership's website and then through USAA. Upon arrival, I was worried about the length of my visit when I saw the line out front, but just one step through the door and I had Miriam's full attention. Miriam was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She made the costs and the documents completely transparent and informed me of any steps she was taking. Alex escorted me during my test drive and was never overbearing like other dealers I had experienced. Alex was very professional and assured me that if I wanted to go home with a car that day, they would make it happen. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience while buying my first car. The low prices, attentive dealers, and approachable atmosphere of this dealership makes it an easy choice for anyone seeking a quality used car.

Worth the Trip

We traveled to A Better Way Wholesale Autos all the way from Massachusetts, about 2 1/2 hours to get there. We had a particular vehicle in mind, but after test driving it, we decided it wasn't the one for us. Although we were very picky and gave Kile a run for his money, he worked with us and found me the perfect vehicle. It took all day for the paper work to go through and to head back home, but I got to leave the lot in my car, which not a lot of people get to do on the day of purchase. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you Kile!!

Awesome

We went to a better way with a vehicle already in mind, we were greeted in a timely manor at a time that seemed to be very busy! We were taken care of all of our questions were answered from start to finish, no crazy used car salesman tatics were used. Very upfront and honest.

Excellent!!

Miriam was my salesman and she was great to work with. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted after being listed for a day and I flew in from North Carolina to pick it up. Roberto picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. He was a great guy to talk to on the way there and really took care of me as well. Miriam made sure all of my paperwork was staged and ready so all I had to do was process it and I could get on the road back home. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership since they were priced thousands below any vehicle I looked at prior for the make and model we wanted.

Great experience

Very good service and customer service. They gave me excellent information about the car that I purchased including all the paperwork needed. What I liked the most is that there are a huge variety of cars, with different prices and I had many options to pick. Thanks Miguel! When I went upstairs the assistant gave me great advice about what I needed. Just a small observation: I would like as a customer that when they provide the documentation, they also give a folder because there are too many papers to carry around.

Great Service

All around great experience. No Games. There price could not be beat and any dealer around said they would buy the car if i didn't. I will go back to A Better Way when it is time for my next Car.
