STAY AWAY!!!!

This is by far the most unpleasant place to by a car from....over the phone within 10 seconds they would hang up just asking you to only drive there....no info until you arrive...was looking to purchase an SUV I saw that the paint was unusually new for its age....they would not provide me a history report saying the previous owner a 1 ONLY owner took great care of this SUV therefore the paint looks so new despite the age....I sensed something wasn't right so wrote down the VIN# on my own and went home and ran a Carfax....guess what: that SUV had 6 previous owners (not 1 as mentioned by sales person) and been already in 3 accidents with a Salvage title !!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!

Helpful, patient, and efficient!!

In addition to their great prices, our sales rep Kile was super helpful and took his time in finding the right car for us. We found a great car and were able to take it home that same day!!

Great shopping experience .

Came on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car I saw online. The dealership was very busy but i was attended to right away. Salesman was knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns .

Horrible/dissatisfied customer

I have an video of the general manager Mike Bowe calling me trash. The manager Kam Jenkins received the wrong information from his service Dept, we verified the correct information with Hart Infiniti regarding the amount it would cost to fix my tire sensors. Kam agreed to pay me because he was wrong and the general manager said "no he wasn't giving the trash anything". The customer was correct, the dealership tried not to fix the tire sensors. The car was purchased 2wks ago and it was still cover under the warranty. I was called trash by the ganeral manager twice, I recorded him & I recorded Kam telling he was wrong. Jonny also called me a liar when he had no idea what was agreed upon between Kam & I. Terrible customer skills, misleading information and tries to take advantage of females. I have never been treated with such little respect by a business, I purchased a vehicle from

GREAT Service with Johnny!

Great Service with Johnny! Got exactly what I was looking for. This is my 2nd car with this dealership. Both cars were great. Johnny worked hard to get me both cars with no issues. Will be going back to see Johnny when I decide I want another car. Lauren & Angel

Found a good deal

We are very happy with the deal we got & very happy with our purchase. Chris was very helpful & a pleasure to work with. We had issues with our insurance company & he did a great job straightening it out & figuring it out with our insurance company. We would definitely work with him again when purchasing a car.
