From first to last Matt Harbold Made my experience of buying my Jaguar pleasant and easy. I felt there was no stupid negotiation and we arrived at fair price. Never at any point did I feel taken advantage of. The car has turned out to be immaculate and well presented and a joy to drive. I’ve always been able to contact Mat with any questions that concerns me. He was prompt and his replies and very helpful. Would I use and again You betcha !

I worked with Greg. The process was very, very, very easy. I drove from New York to pick up my car. They had the car wrapped using Xpel, as per my request, before I picked up the car. I came in and the car was all washed and ready to go! Took only about 10 minutes to fill out all of the paperwork. All the cars there are beautiful. You can really tell that everyone puts in their time and effort to keep the dealership looking very clean. The amount of exotic cars they have, is beyond belief. I will definitely be back for my next car!

I dealth with Chris Scott in sales and Zach Thomas on the business side of it. In all my 48 years of dealing with sales people and the car lot business side of it, I have honestly never had a good experience with any of them, until now. They were the most professional, understand and patient team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. the entire Toy Barn employees were ALL great. I can not tell enough people I know to give these guys a try. I am more than positive they will not be disappointed. Thank you again Chris and Zach, I appreciate all you guys did for me. paid 17700.for car that did not run wright spent 800.to fix right seat broke 10000 miles on car. i will not be going back.

We have visited the You Barn several times in the past and the staff has always been more than courteous. We enjoy looking at the exotic cars, and they never care for us doing so. However, this time we bought a Mini Cooper for my daughter who is turning 16. Our salesman was very helpful, not wasting any of our time. Also, the young man who did our paperwork, Zach Thomas, was a wonderful young man and also very helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Words really can't describe how I was treated by Jonathan Hemminger and Zach in Finance. I had a lot of questions for both of them and every question was answered honestly and no answer was sugar coated in order to get a sale. Jonathan went above and beyond his duties when he took his time on his day off (Sunday) to e-mail me back about the vehicle I was interested in. I sent him my e-mail around 0130 hours Sunday morning because I work second shift and this is mainly the time I do my business on line. He called me Monday morning to discuss the options that Zach had came up with. This is solely why I was able to beat other interested buyers in purchasing the vehicle. Since I work second shift and wasn't able to make it up there until Tuesday, they made sure that I was locked in on the deal and I would not lose my dream car. I arrived thirty minutes before they opened and was greeted by another employee who called Jonathan. With in minutes I was linked up Jonathan and he wasn't even on the clock yet. He took me to the car which I drove and then immediately introduced me to Zach who took care of the finances. Zach continued to work with me about other options like GAP insurance, extended warranty and the bank. I wasn't pressured into anything just very well informed about my options. Zach was so proficient in his duties that he had me completed in no time at all and I was on my way home in my dream car. I can't say enough about the Professionalism Jonatan and Zach portrays. I'm a repeat buyer at Toy Barn and will continue to go back. As a retired military combat veteran with twenty two years of service I was never treated this way at a dealership. The dealerships that where in close proximity to military installations that I dealt with couldn't even come close to the services that Toy Barn has given me.

After finding "My Car" online I scheduled a test drive with Matt for the next morning. The car was just as described and presented in the online photos. The car was sitting out front ready for the test drive. Matt was very helpful with all of my questions about the car. I didn't find any issues with the car but the service team still replaced the brakes and rotors because they weren't up to the Toy Barn standards. I decided to purchase the car that day and even though Matt had another appointment he managed to work with me simultaneously and got everything setup with Dustin to finalize the financing. I returned the next day to pick up my car after the service team completed the brake work. EXTREMELY Happy! Thanks to Matt and the Toy Barn team!

Over the top customer service. They have an incredible building and employees genuinely happy for you. Almost everyone came up to me to congratulate me on my purchase. Matt and Dustin made the process painless as we had limited time to get the deal done the last part of the day. I flew in and drove home and with Matt's help it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Great job guys!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first arrived at the dealership. Such a wide variety of vehicles from high end to very affordable. Jon, the salesman I worked with was real down to earth and very knowledgeable. No pressure at all. He even stayed late on a Friday night after work to answer my questions and help me purchase a car that evening.

I search for a unique car that wasn't produced in substantial numbers. Chris had the car inspected and updated everything that needed to be done.
