I had a great experience at Toy Barn. The selection of used vehicles was great and the prices were very competitive. The staff was welcoming and made themselves available for all questions, were very friendly, and made the process of buying a car worry free.

Kyle and David were both terrific to deal with. Always very responsive, fair on price and always felt they were working on my behalf to make me happy. I've dealt with a few out-of-state companies that have sold me classics and shipped to Los Angeles, but none has handled the transaction with such professionalism. They both kept me apace of where we were in the process, alway helpful and friendly and handled my requests promptly and gladly. Highly recommend Toy Barn and both Kyle and David!

Moved back to Ohio not too long ago from NY and needed a car. Went over to these guys because the 2001 Porsche I bought from them was for a pretty good price, and the customer service was good. This time I got an used 2013 Audi A4, within a week it started asking for oil, which I found odd so I took it in. The mechanics found out that the pistons and rings were probably the issue and it'd be around a $5500 fix! I expressed that I felt it'd be unfair to put the burden of the cost on me as this was absolutely a pre-existing issue. They discussed it with the GM and they were more than happy to swap it out with a 2016 Kia Optima with VERY low mileage (the Audi had around 93k miles). The reason I relay this story is because no matter the dealer, the car can have unknown issues that are next to impossible to test except in a real world setting. What sets toy barn apart is that they listen and do what is right by the customer. It's a rare quality to see in a dealer, so I think it's important to express and celebrate whenever great customer care occurs. Will definitely go back for my next car as well.

I bought my wife a Jeep as a surprise birthday gift. Greg McDevitt was great to work with and very knowledgable about the vehicle as he previously owned a Jeep. At my request, the Toy Barn even held the Jeep for me for 2 months before I delivered it to my wife ! Communication with Greg was always timely and he was flexible with my schedule as I had tight time windows for test driving, paperwork, delivery, etc.

Today Ron Shook helped me with service on a mercedes GL and the service was exceptional. They kept the time promised, very professional in all aspects. I was very pleased and will return when needing service.

They made the process easy, especially since this purchase was a long distance buy. We handled everything by phone or email and it went off without a hitch.

Great dealership & excellent salesperson who worked for me to get the price where I wanted and was comfortable with. Very quick and easy process during paper signing and then full tour of their buildings so I could see other inventory for possible future purchasing. I highly recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchases, whether you’re looking for a good clean Honda or high end Ferrari - they have it all!
