My Toyota Story
I have purchased many vehicles and dealt with many sales agents from other automotive dealers but none comes close to Auto Nation Toyota. I will buy my next vehicle from this fine dealership with an outstanding sales team. Gary was very patient and attentive to all my wife's needs when choosing her new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE and she drove out of the dealer with a big smile and enjoying her new car.

Horrid customer service
My experience at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road, Lithia Springs Georgia was horrid. The customer representative who failed at helping me name was COCO. This explains a lot. I was in a accident at no fault of my own in which my car was appraised at a total loss/ un safe. So I settled with my insurance coverage because I have full-coverage and the at fault driver decide to do hit and run. After explaining this to COCO she decided to continue to attempt to victimize and oppress me by not allowing me to have choices of cars within my realm of reality to choose form which I may have been willing to allow a credit check for. COCO showed me a few options of cars to choose from that I did not want to put my name on; the prices ranged from $5000 to $8000 with additional thousand dollar dealers fee for used Toyota Camry, and corolla with well over 200,000 miles. I was degraded when they ran my credit without showing me additional cars which they fabricated they had at other auto Nations in the area, that may have been reasonably priced. RIP OFF

Enjoyable Car Purchase
We absolutely loved our experience with AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. Before Iain we even walked into the building we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Mr. William Boyce. My wife and I just dropped in for me to look at the 2015 Prius which William showed us the available models and the features and operation of the Hybrid system, after the wife made her choice William and the General Manager Brad Thornton went out of their way to give us a great deal and send us on our way with our new Prius. Give them a try
I had done my fair share of research and new what I should expect to pay and what I should expect for my trade in. My research included the possibility of purchasing an off rental or off lease vehicle. I started out by going to a different dealer. The first dealer gave me an offer of MSRP plus fees and almost nothing for my trade. I was offended, so I countered with an offer I knew they could never meet and hopefully offended them in return. I then sent out internet requests to several dealers asking for my "out the door" price. AutoNation was by far the best initial price offered. I proceed to go out and visit my sales person, Ishmael Cross, to see if we could work out a deal. I was offered a fair price for my trade and before the day was done, I left with a new 2015 Corolla LE. I have purchased numerous cars and have to say this was one of the best experiences in purchasing a new car. The atmosphere was friendly, the transaction proceeded quickly and the closing with Will Payne was effortless. I will say in closing, if you are in the market for a vehicle, you should most definitely give AutoNation a chance to win your business!

I recently purchased a new Camry at AutoNation Toyota and the experience was exceptional. My salesperson Ishmael Cross was very knowledgeable and polite and the finance director Tim Hackney was very personable and provided excellent service. Toyota Venza
The service provided by the salesmen were great, I have no complaints. The vehicle meets my needs I just need to get a trunk cargo mat. So if you purchase this car just make sure you get a mat. Thi way all of your things in the trunk won't slide all over the place.

Low class internet sales team
I inquired about a vehicle online. They called several times. About a month later, today, they checked back with me. I politely said I had already purchased one and was no longer in the market, and CLICK, hung up on me!
