AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road

I went in looking to purchase a used vehicle. My service rep Peter, gave me all my options, an helped me decide what was best. The vehicle I left with was far from what I expected. I am very satisfied customer.

Lou was absolutely wonderful! I went to him because my parents recommended him! He did not try to scam me, he treated me as if I was his own daughter. He was very patient in helping me decide what type of Toyota I wanted and helped me sort through the differences. He even pointed me to a lesser expensive car because he felt like it better suited me and he also was straight forward with that the differences were not enough to merit getting a whole different car for it. Over all great experience with them! this was my second car with Toyota and I've NEVER had any issues!

I was looking for a Prius. The salesman was extremely helpful; I was trying to decide between a sedan and a wagon and he was very, very patient. Dealer upgrades were part of the sale, and he stayed on top of things until the upgrades were completed and I had my new car. I love it!

On a quest for the 2015 Scion xB William Boyce offered us a test drive. It seemed as though he wasn't thoroughly educated on the knowledge of this vehicle. Although Mr. Boyce seemed determined to make the sale through negotiation & incentives. We were anticipating a more fuel efficient vehicle but decided to settle with an affordable Scion. So far, so good, no complaints & the Scion looks & runs great! We are looking forward to being a special part of the Autonation family.?

I received excellent customer service from Lou Bernier at this facility. I went in to just have a look without the intention of buying this day. The salesman Lou came to me to show me around the lot and offered the best numbers. He didn't pressure me unlike some of the salesmen at other dealerships. I continued to look around at other places, only to find that the best numbers I received was from Lou at the Toyota dealership. When I was ready to buy, I returned to Toyota and asked for Lou. I bought a brand new Toyota Camry with great, affordable monthly payments with little to put down. Since then, anyone (I knew) who was interested in purchasing a car, I've highly recommended this dealership and Lou Bernier. They all share the same experience as I and it's the best!

I love there great service and customer care. Even after we left the dealership to go to church they never forgot about us. They kept in constant contact it was awesome.
