Jim Tidwell did a great job

Oscar my salesman did a great job Crazy times with supply chain issues but he did well. I recommend him if you need to buy a car.

The service advisors were great.

The service advisors were great. They were welcoming in my experience. However... The quality of service isn't the best. I took my Mustang GT in for an oil change and noticed it was leaking oil a month later. I took it to another Ford Service Center, where they discovered that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly in the housing. The mechanic appeared to struggle/rush to get it in there. It cost me $300 to replace the filter, oil, and have them repair the damaged housing. I called the service manager four times and he never returned any of my calls.

The Service Department is very efficient, and the service representatives are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The service was completed quickly, and saved me from having to rent a car.

Great Service

Great experience in service department. They were able to get me in same day for service on my transmission and transfer case and completed the work quickly. I recommend and will definitely be back.

Terrible Customer Service -

Terrible customer service. I have owned several new Fords, but this dealership has made a never Ford again customer. Once they have your money you don’t exist. Go somewhere (anywhere) else.

See ONLY Mike LEW and finance with MOONEY ONLY

20 minutes I was financed for an almost new cargo van. Mike Lewis (LEW) is the man to see. Straight shooter soft spoken and almost 7ft tall (felt like I was talking to a young version of my dad haha) I paid waaay too much but… sometimes a man has got to step up and do what must be done to move forward… Mr Mooney (a manager) is a financing PRO and although he’s not much to talk to he knows his business and WILL get it done. Mike LEW and Mooney… all you need under the Tidwell roof! Good experience.. no I gotta pay and pay and pay lol

A Great Car Buying Experience!

I recently purchased a car from Jim Tidwell and worked with Mike L. My experience at the dealership was professional, efficient, and my salesman Mike L. was extremely poised and professional with any questions I had during the car selection and buying process. I had a minor issue with my car after purchasing, a knob/switch that was out of place and Mike L. made sure my concern was addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top notch service, efficiency, and a transparent sales experience. I am definitely going to keep Jim Tidwell dealership in mind when I purchase another leisure vehicle soon.

Great service

I was very pleased with how this dealership treated me. Meagan responded quickly to every question that I asked. Nice area to test drive and get a feel of the vehicle. I did purchase the car and I am very pleased thus far with it.
