Ashton Infanti, service coordinator went all the way to

Ashton Infanti, service coordinator went all the way to assist me in the process of getting my 1 month old truck towed in and have tire replaced after I caught some nails. Especially liked her pro activeness to offer truck to be delivered back at my home, enabling me to have least interruption of my own business

Customer service was poor.

Customer service was poor. Sent text, voicemail, no reply. Called, put on hold for awhile. Agent said she would check to see when the service on my car would be done and call me back. She didn’t. I had to call her. Car was ready and I told her I would be in the next day. Nobody knew anything about it and the paperwork was not ready. She was nice, just to busy to take good care of me.

Everyone is nice enough, but got frustrated that there

Everyone is nice enough, but got frustrated that there was no communication about the status of my car. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I did have many things to be taken care of, didn't think it was two and a half weeks worth. I called the. Again, "oh one part is on national backorder, don't know when it will be in. You can pick your car up a d we will let you know when it comes in." I wonder how long I would have waited if I had not called them.

The sale representative Rachael was great and she is very professional. The management staff all worked very hard to make a deal that was perfect for me. They showed a real true commitment to make every part of the deal go very smoothly and they also showed that they really appreciated me a a new customer. U will tell everyone that asked me where I got my new Mach E ,I will tell them to go to Jim Tidwell Ford and ask for Rachael, and they will feel great about buying their new car. Every other dealerships in the area should take note of how they do business

Took 3 hrs to get oil change the service tech I dealt

Took 3 hrs to get oil change the service tech I dealt with only got with me for a update on progress one time 20 minutes before it was ready he assured me it would only be 15 minutes longer it was actually 20 he lied your dealership is not the same boy fish in the network I will try my best to use someone else I n the future your people are very friendly on the front end but the other end a lacking no matter how many fancy shirts they wear
