Best Ford Team in GA!

Handled my 2022 Bronco Order very well. The entire staff was patient & helpful - an incredibly professional team. Justin (my sales guy) kept me up to day through the entire process.

Service department

Candence was very attentive and work hard to ensure the problem is solved. Took truck in for brake issues and vibration during driving. Seems both have been repaired properly and in good working condition.

Great service

I was appreciative to get an appointment at Jim Tidwell’s Service center as many dealerships did not answer, return phone messages, or have any appointments. Johnny kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle, checked in with me before making any repairs, and let me know promptly when my car was ready. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend Jim Tidwell to any other Ford owners.
