Our salesperson Venessa Pain made the new car buying

Our salesperson Venessa Pain made the new car buying experience exceptional throughout car purchase process. We truly appreciate her taking the time to understand our situation and going the extra mile to find us a great deal, without all the usual salesperson pressure. We had spoken to a couple of other dealer salespersons that didn't even come close to what we were looking for in terms of pricing and trade in value. Big thanks to Tommy Ponder and Tom May for their patience and dedication that made the entire process much smoother and more enjoyable. We're very happy with our new car! I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the the service i received from the Jim Click Nissan! Service Department: in Particular (KEVIN CAREY AND JOHN BROWN) . Together their wealth of knowledge and ability to CARE about me as a customer was truly invaluable. They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications. I will tell anyone that i TRUST them in their decisions which now a days you do not hear to often. Even after my truck was fixed Kevin called me to see how my truck was running. All i can say is what a great service! Finally, I would like to tell Jim, to give both these guys a promotion or a raise because at the end of the day a hug or a pat on the back is not enough!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Jim Click Nissan, and I can't say enough good things about the entire process. Venessa Pain, the internet salesperson, was the complete package—smart, personable, absolutely stunning. From the moment we started working together, she was attentive and professional and made sure everything went smoothly. The trade-in process was straightforward and fair, and I felt like I got a great deal. Terry Parish, in financing, also did an excellent job, ensuring I was comfortable with all the terms and that everything fit within my budget. The purchase price was spot on, and I left the dealership extremely happy with my new car. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Jim Click Nissan. Be sure to ask for Venessa—she's the real deal, and hope you get Terry in finance.

Outstanding sales and service!

Outstanding sales and service! I just bought a 2024 Nissan Kicks SV from Jim Click. The salesperson I worked with is Venessa Pain. The Kicks is the second car I purchased from Venessa, the other car being a 2015 Nissan Versa nine years ago. Many people do not look forward to the experience of buying a new car, but Venessa is a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Venessa to anyone in the market to buy a new Nissan from Jim Click! Professionalism, attention to detail, no "high pressure sales" vibe - quite the opposite in fact! Any after-the-sale issues are promptly handled. I will continue to work with Venessa in the future.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased a car from JC nissan. We are again very pleased with our sales person Venessa Pain, I would genuinely say if you want a better sales person experience, you should call her! Down-to-earth, professional, and caring!
