My dealer’s service department (Donte) refused to assist
My dealer’s service department (Donte) refused to assist me in the issue I was having with the electronics on my 2023 Altima. I had no radio, guidance system and Bluetooth. Instead I was given a phone number to call. When calling reception was poor and their English was really bad. Finally after shutting the car off three times problem went away. Thanks for the help Jim Click Service department!! Last time I purchase anything from Jim Click.

These people couldn’t answer their phones if the place
These people couldn’t answer their phones if the place was on fire. No wonder people go elsewhere to get their cars fixed. I’m starting to believe that ALL FORD CAR DEALERSHIPS ARE THAT WAY. I need my air conditioning checked and after trying all day to talk to someone and NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK… I think I will go somewhere else and believe me, EVERYONE THAT I TALK TO IS GOING TO HEAR HOW BAD JIM CLICK FORD IS.. ITS THE SAME KIND OF BUSINESS I GOT FROM CAMELBACK FORD IN PHOENIX.

Service Experience - I had my Titan repaired twice at the
Service Experience - I had my Titan repaired twice at the dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, they left tools and hardware in the back seat, they did not attach the passenger seat belt correctly, and were unable or did not correctly fix the frame damage. When I expressed concerns to the manager they scoffed and said it wasn't a big deal. They really made it seem like I was just inconveniencing them. Sales Experience - I bought my Titan from the same dealership as above. I walked in and was greeted by Rosa. I told her I wanted to buy a Titan. She walked me around the building in circles for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to "help" me. However, once she found out that I had secured my own financing she quickly told me she would take care of me. Why the xxxx would you walk me around in circles trying to pawn me off on someone if you can do the work yourself.

I recently went to Jim Click Nissan to get my car
I recently went to Jim Click Nissan to get my car serviced. I was greeted my Miguel and asked me what needed to be done.. I told him I needed to get a oil change and filter change..He took care of me right away. He was professional and seem to have smile on his face all the time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as I requested. He is truly as asset to your company and need more kind people such as him. I went home a happy customer and looking forward to visit the location for my future needs . Thank you Miguel for the outstanding service.

Purchased a Nissan rogue at 2.
Purchased a Nissan rogue at 2.9% interest which is unheard of right now. Very happy with my new car. Vanessa Pain helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price and interest rate I wanted.

The entire staff here is so pleasant to work with. I was able to lease a Sentra back in 2020 with the rep Venessa Payne and she made each step easy and stress-free. I came back this year 2023 and was able to switch to a beautiful Altima 2023 and lease for another 3 years. Venessa was so on top of every question and possible option best for my family. I am one to contact different dealerships, too. Before making my final decision. Venessa and her team made it a no brainer. This is my second vehicle with Jim Clic. In addition, the auto service team will also thoroughly service your car during the 3 year lease. They communicate on the service needed and are professionals all the way through. Great team and culture!
