I would have preferred a one-day, rather than two-day visit, and I thought the final bill seemed a little steep, but I knew that the dealer's service department would be the best diagnosis for my "moaning" sound coming from the engine compartment. I'm was mildly disappointed to discover that the extended warranty did nothing to defray the expense.

The "Service" was reasonably completed,(I did not have a "Service Appointment"), in the amount of time it took to complete the items I had requested to be performed on my Expedition. My "Service Advisor", Jim Peterson, as usual, was very friendly and helpful with my service request.
