25,000 mile maintenance sheck

Service was completed in a timely fashion, waiting lounge was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic!

You all did a great job. The waiting area is very comfortable. I didn't have to wait long. I wish the jeep dealership on the west side was this accommodating. I can't think of another thing you could do better.

Excellent Service...

We took our 2010 Ford Ranger in for a couple of pieces of complex and challenging work...our service advisor Ryan L. not only delivered our Ranger back in wonderful shape--and was able to accomplish what we had asked for ..at a bargain price.....we did not have to repeat ourselves x3...great listening Ryan! What a pleasure...and so unusual for services of any kind in our current cultural climate....of hurry ..hurry... As always...Pete, Service Manager delivered his regular SUPERIOR service making things easy for us, his customers.. while, no doubt working magic behind the scenes...Thanks, to everyone for a job really done "Ford Proud".

Always much better doing business with the 22nd Street facility than with Green Valley. Worth the trip into Tucson.

Jim Click response to the problem has been great. The problem seems to be in the vehicle itself. This is the second time the transmission has had problems. Last evening the electrical lighting system had problems and the lights went off while driving. My wife pulled over and shut the car down and restarted the car. Hopefully this reset the system. Let me say that Jim Click Lincoln staff have bend over backwards and should be proud of the way they handle these problems. This Lincoln on the other hand has been a handful of problems.

Battery Replacement

My battery was only cranking half of the amps it was rated at. I called service consultant Danny Hardy at Jim Click Ford who told me to come down immediately and they would test the battery. They tested the battery just after I arrived, although it took an hour for the battery to fail on the test equipment. Unfortunately, they did not have a battery in inventory, so it took another hour to receive a replacement battery. On the whole, I am pleased with the immediate attention they gave to my truck's problem.

Best vehicles, shopping experience, and service.

Over the years of of operating our business, the Ray and Marsha sales team have sold my son and I many trucks. They have been outstanding in all aspects of their knowledge and their assistance. Of course, we will always return to them when we are in the market for another truck. We love our trucks, and we will never hesitate in recommending Ford trucks and the sales team of Ray and Marsha. In addition, we have had great service. Jim Petersen, Service Advisor, has been more than helpful any time we have questions or need a tune up or repairs.

Great Service

We had an excellent experience at Jim Click Mazda. Tom Cothran, was a tremendous help during the entire process, great in explaning the details.(excellent customer service) Additionally, the manager and finance Lady's professionalism was greatly appreciated in the purchase of our Mazda CX9. I would highly recommend the Sales person and dealership to our friends or family members when they are in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Very Satisfied customer

Purchased an F-150 XLT 4X4. The salesperson was outstanding. Nezar met and exceeded every expectation. I would and will purchase my next vehicles from Nezar.
