My car

I have a 08 Altima, the best thing about purchasing my car is the maintenance for life. I have had a lot of issues since I bought this car. 2 transmissions and possible another one. I think something is wrong with that. So the maintenance for life is the best thing.

Excellent customer service and auto repair.

I always have a great experience at Jim Click Ford Service Dept. My service advisor, Jim Peterson, is always courteous and insures my service is done correctly and in a timely manner. He always consults me when anything extra needs to be done and is honest about the urgency of the repairs needed. It's always a pleasure to have servicing done!

jim click service

Our fusion needed service for several different issues. Our service rep was very helpful. we did however realize when we got home we did not get our print out that shows the conditions found when our car was serviced.

Another trip to Jim Click

Car was vibrating. Jim Peterson and his people figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Like always. Got some reading done and had your tuna salad for lunch. Took a while, but that's never a problem because you give me a supply of coffee and a quiet place to read. And good tuna fish!
