Mustang GT 5.0 purchase

Friendly staff, hospitable and helpful to match you with your ideal car. Our salesman was very helpful and made the process fast. The only thing I missed which I had specified was the need for blind spot alerts. Maybe it?s a feature I haven?t found yet and just need to explore my owner?s manual a bit more.

Corporate Owned, Lack Luster Customer Service

My grandson has been very patient with your dealership working on our behalf, however my patience has worn. Chris completed all works promised however his buddy Mike doesn?t seem to value us a customer. We have waited over 3 weeks for a mirror cover for our truck to be shipped to our home. Not to mention after signing our deal the truck immediately went into the shop for a week and this too could have been solved. Be men and women or your word if you can?t do something than simply don?t promise it. We have several friends and family in the market for a vehicle and would love to help Chris however I?m afraid this won?t happen due to the lack of care.

"Let's hope it's fixed"

"Let's hope it's fixed". That was how the service manager politely shoved me out the door. This is my 2nd Autonation vehicle and 2nd one that has been defective. The Explorer is less than a year old and has left me stranded 5 times. It is not the battery, the starter, or anything else that they can figure out after keeping it for a month. When I asked the service manager the next steps, he refused to say anything other than "let's hope its fixed". I understand not being able to identify the problem but there is no excuse for not laying out the next steps and how we are going to deal with the issue. I tried calling the General Manager but they never bothered to return my calls. So let's cross our fingers and hope I ever buy from Autonation again.
