Autonation Ford katy

I made a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation at 8:15 am and got there a little early. The service clerk from Ford told me it would be a hour maybe hour and 1/2 before my truck was ready I was fine with that. Then a hour almost 2 hours rolls around and my truck hasn?t even been started on yet, so I just asked for my truck back and went to a jiffy lube to finish the job. I was dissatisfied with this because I made a appointment, got there early, then was told something totally different then What I got. I will double think when I am looking for a new truck to buy in where my business will be going.

Over price for oil change

Over priced compared to other brands for oil change. Over $100 for oil change when my Toyotas and Hondas get synthetic oil charge for $50 dollars from dealer is fair. When I have Chevy also was over price. Change a fair price and you're get more customers. Synthetic oil doesn't cost that much more then regular oil. We know better. I PAYED OVER 115 FOR OIL CHANGE NEVER AGAIN. LOVE MY TOYOTA AND HONDA

Service/Recall Repair

John O my service technician was great and even got me a discount and car was ready in the time promised. Issue I have and it?s been a consistent issue; they did not reset the computer from the oil change and the rotated the tires, but 2 were under inflated by over 5 lbs, one over inflated by 6 lbs and the other over inflated by 4 lbs. It went in with all at correct pressure. These little things are very irritating and make me feel like the service techs don?t care.

Ford Ranger Service - Only Oil Change and Rotation

It took a long time for the Service. May be the Service was done Quickly, as the Truck was sitting there for more than Half an hour, and I was watching through the Window. I could not confirm as it was raining, and when the pickup was done .. that was my Vehicle, which sat there for a while.

Sketchy Service Sometimes

Just had my 30,000 mile service done, and tire rotation as part of it. After I got home I checked my tire pressures, and the one with the slow leak, on the passenger's side rear, was still showing and had proven to be the same tire. Interesting if the tires were rotated. They also never remember to reset the oil life.
