It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add. We will absolutely be back in the future for our next vehicle!!

Wired them 4000 Tuesday which they received Wednesday to
Wired them 4000 Tuesday which they received Wednesday to hold a new Mustang for next week. Had many talks with salesman. They sent me a purchase order and a letter showing my bank lien. I had my own finance approved and my bank spent hours on the phone getting paper work right. Thursday get text from salesman stating they accidentally got rid of the vehicle but had another in stock just like it. After verifying same vehicle , we notified my bank and insurance company of new vin number. Then hours later, again by text and not a phone call, the salesman said if I did not finance with them and pick up vehicle tomorrow they would not honor deal. What?!!! They had my 4 thousand sitting in their bank and had lengthy conversation with my bank. Already discuss picking up next week because I am a teacher and had to finish school year this week. And how can they force me to finance with them when I had secured financing with my bank. These guys are very dishonest and terrible business. It took me the 2 days to get my money back and I had to talk to their accounting department directly to make it happen. Stay away. Can only imagine how they treat you after you drive off the lot with the car.

Once I signed on the vehicle (5/3), this dealership was done communicating with me. They had to keep the vehicle a week for some modifications they required before handing it over to me. I had to follow up with them, because they did not contact me, to see if it was even ready. A week later (5/9) I picked it up. It had a half a tank gas and sticker residue on the windows. Clearly it hadn't even been washed. It only had 1 key fab, but I was told they were waiting for the second. Upon leaving I took it immediately to a car wash and when drying it off I noticed a scratch and some pealing in the "ceramic" tint that was on the car. This was a 2024 Mustang. Ceramic or not, the tint should not have been peeling. I immediately called my salesperson and asked about the warranty on the tint and was told he would get back to me. Not waiting for a response, I put everything in an email and sent it for documentation (Still 5/9). Another week goes by and no response from the dealership. Emailed a manager who responded with 2 other managers names and that he had forwarded my concerns (5/16). Waited through the weekend and halfway into the following week. Still nothing from anyone at the dealership. Called and let messages for all 3 managers (5/21). Emailed the original manager that did respond along with one of the other managers and received no response from either of them (5/23). At this point, do I just cut my losses, pick up my plates, and never go back to this dealership again? This was the 4th vehicle I had purchased from them, and it will definitely be the last.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford F150 from Auto Nation Ford Katy and was 100% satisfied with my purchase experience. Although the entire team was top notch, our car salesman, Diego, was the MVP throughout the process. Diego was very patient with my wife and I while making the hard choice of trying to figure out which vehicle was the best for our family. Our finance representative, Mo, did a terrific job in explaining the sales contract and the different warranties available to us. My wife and I were in and out of the dealership within the hour after we made our selection. Thank you Diego and Mo for going above and beyond for my family and I.
