pleasant service

Went to Napletons looking for a used car. I worked with Gary Judd and his staff. He and his staff made me feel comfortable with the car search process and was greater with pleasant service. I would recommend this dealer to my friends

Great, Reasonable, Friendly, Easy to work with

My car buying experience more than surpassed my expectations at Napleton Cadillac. They are extremely professional, friendly, and reasonable group of people to do business with. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you and your budget. Don Smith got me into my new car and it was a fun, kind and easy going car buying experience. I'd recommend anyone to shop with them!!

Outback/Forester

We have been there several times to look at Outbacks and Foresters. Tim Normoyle has been very helpful, informative, and accommodating. We will likely purchase a vehicle in the next 14 days and look forward to continuing to work with Tim. I am marking did not purchase since we are still in the process of deciding. We plan on purchasing a Subaru.

Had a issue with the back hatch and they fixed it

I had an issue with the back hatch with my Cadillac Escalade that they fixed. I worked with a person named Greg Langley. I have never been treated like Greg treated me. I would not deal with anyone else but Greg Langley what so ever at Napleton' Auto Werkes service Department. Greg tries to get your car in and out ASAP. If it will take a day or two, to get your car fixed, Greg makes sure you have a loaner car to use if needed. I mean this, if you need work on your Cadillac or Porsche or Subaru ext. Please go to Napleton's Auto Werks service Department and ask for Greg Langley. He's a person that truley cares.

Car shopping made simple

We just got back to Wisconsin from buying a Buick Encore from Napleton Auto works and we are very pleased with the dealership and our sales Rep Don Smith. The pricing was way below other dealerships and everyone was friendly. We called ahead so they had the vehicle waiting for us to test drive. It took less than 4 hours for us to drive away in our new vehicle.

New Subaru Outback Limited Purchase

Tim was knowledgeable and guided our discussion ..... but was not pushy. We saw Tim in January and, although we shared with him that we were not ready to buy, he still answered our questions about the vehicle that we were looking at. We went back in March, due to 0.0% financing, and Tim got more specific about our needs, took us for a comprehensive test drive and pointed out that the EyeSight Driver Assist Technology was not for everyone. He drove first and explained in detail this safety feature and then Leo took the driver's seat and , Tim again, patiently explained the details again. Bruce (who had helped us with our purchase of a Subaru Outback 6 years ag0) stopped in to help out with possible financing scenarios. An excellent experience with knowledgeable people .

Great Experience

We just bought a 2014 Subaru Forester for my wife. It was a wonderful experience. Tim Normoyle did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all helpful. He was not at all "pushy". He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns before making helpful suggestions. We highly recommend Tim and Napleton Subaru.
