Never had a better experience.

My wife and i had the best experience possible buying a new car from this dealer. Mike Price is the only salesperson we encountered in the rockford area that actually knew what he was talking about. His professionalism and kindness went a long way with us. I highly recommend Napleton and Mike Price

We just bought a new XTS from Justine Brugger(sale) and Brian Langkamp(sales mgr). They are two wonderful people, Justine is very knowledgeable, as is Brian. They made it a wonderful experience for us. I can't say enough about them. Thanks Again Frank & Judith

Mrs. Sharon Malone serviced by Justine B.

Justine Brugger, Certified Sales Associate and Brian met us with enthusiasm. I Mrs. Malone and my husband Rev. Malone we're looking at purchasing at another dealer but after meeting with Justine we felt we could trust her to give us the best deal. She serviced excellently. Brian treated us with courtesy and we felt he dealt with us fairly. We had had some bad dealings in our church with some prior employees that worked for Napleton but we felt this has changed. We look forward to telling members about this wonderful service provided. I am very happy we chose Napleton to purchase our 2016 XTS.

Great sales staff

Nick helped me purchase my new vehicle. He was friendly and professional. Great experience. I would come back to Napleton again for my next car purchase. The service is great! People are friendly and very helpful.

EZ New Cadillac Purchase

I have been looking for a new Cadillac for a long time & the guys at Napleton were able to find me the vehicle that I was looking for. They were friendly and professional and easy to work with. Mr. Langkamp and Nick, my sales person assisted me with the purchase of my car and made it very easy and simple to complete. I was very happy with my experience.

Subaru purchase

Gary and his staff helped us buy our first Subaru. We got exactly what we wanted (they even came through on the color!) and drove off the lot that day. Recommend!

What an awesome Service Department. Greg went above and beyond by answering all my questions on my Legacy.
