Auto Showcase of Carol Stream

Went in to look at a beautiful 2021 Camaro ZL1 but ended up buying a 2022 Challenger HellCat! I dealt with Issac he was great! I traded my 2016 Mustang and they gave me a solid trade in price. I couldn’t be happier with them and will be back when I’m in the market again!

We have been looking to buy our kids a Tesla and went to Auto Showcase. That had a nice selection and we delt with Jim and he was very helpful. We drove 4 different models and he was never pushy. We ended up leaving with a 2021 Model Y for a great price. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the most apathetic dealership experience I've had. After scheduling a time to see the car, arranging child care so my wife could come with then driving an hour and a half I was met with "we don't do test drives with out a deal". Run your dealership how you want but at least be upfront with people. If I take the time to narrow down my search to two cars then bring my wife with for the final decision and drive an hour and a half one way I'm not spending 3 hours putting together a contract with financing for the privilege of driving your car. I expect better from a dealer asking $4k above market average.

Was shopping for a Cadillac CTS the past week filled out there online "pre approval " app and never heard a word from them again. But the dealership decided to aquire 3 hard credit enquires on my credit report and not even a well sorry Marty nothing. Stay away from this predator type dealership!!!

Dealer failed to respond to my offer. Maybe they were offended by it? The offer was for approximately 15% less than the asking price. Why not respond "no" instead of no response whatsoever?

Great place to buy a car, amazing selection of high end vehicles, friendly staff and quick purchase process. They have a great work ethic and everyone is busy at Auto Showcase.

Excellent dealing with Auto Showcase of Carol Stream. I was very happy how smoothly the deal went through. Of course being so far away makes it feel awkward, but the facts were otherwise.
