Very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and selection at this family owned business. All interactions were straightforward and timely. They even took the vehicle to another dealership for a vehicle inspection at my request. Well worth my time to drive from Wisconsin to buy my car.

Great Experience!

Car was as described. Low Pressure. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Large selection off unique cars. Great experience over all. Will be back there again.

1990 Firebird

This car taught me, never by a used car from this shop without test driving and being 100% confident. As soon as it arrived, it kept dying on me so I took it to a classic car shop and they quoted 1900. Called the dealership and they offered to pay 500. DO NOT buy from here without a test drive

DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP PRACTICES

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially those looking online to make purchases from out of town. This dealership was not forthcoming about the vehicle that was sold to me prior to me purchasing it and having it shipped to my city. The car has a start/stop feature that I was not informed about (I would not have purchased had I known), the push start does not work properly and takes 3-4 times before it will turn over, and it also has five year old tires that clearly are weather worn. The floor mats were purposely not shown in any pictures even though I asked about them. They have huge stains on them and are severely discolored. Yes I understand it was a one owner car, but the fact that none of these items were previously disclosed to me, make it apparent this dealership is not one of character or integrity. There is a ‘warranty’ on the vehicle but I can’t find anywhere in the paperwork as to what specifically it covers. I emailed Jim (whom I assume is the GM) the day after I received the car. I told him my concerns and asked for a full refund of my money, and that I would pay for the car to be shipped back to them. He then admitted to not disclosing the stop/start feature, and that the push start ‘takes a few times’ to start. He then said he would not refund me my money for the vehicle. Now I have to file a lemon lawsuit against this dealership, and utilize my media contacts to expose them for the underhanded tactics they use. During a pandemic, when ppl shop online, we should be better protected against companies like these. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

BMW X5 35D

Bought a very nice decked out BMW 35d from Isaac. Very straightforward and honest buying process. He was very responsive. Car was in pristine condition as advertised. Highly recommend these guys for buying high end used vehicles.

No pressure

Would definitely purchase from them. Their cars are high end quality. I’ve looked there a couple times and was treated fairly with respect even though I didn’t purchase. There was no pressure. I just wasn’t ready to purchase but at least wanted to test drive the vehicle.

buyers beware

very rude salesman named Jim didn't want to give me the time of day like i was stupid for asking questions, if this is the type of people you have working for you then i will take my business to another dealer which i did !
