Mr. Debro Kent

I went to purchase a used tsx and changed my mind midway through the process. i ended up buying a brand new tsx and couldnt be happier. i was nervous and unsure, but after spending a lot of time with debro kent the whole process was very easy and comfortable. debro worked out of his department and stayed late twice to get me the exact car i wanted and at my price. he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. talk to debro kent if you are buying a car. i live 60 miles away from precision acura and will be doing all my service and any future purchases from them. i willingly drive by dozens of dealerships because of how happy i was with the experience i had at precision acura.

Being from out of state and a first time car-buyer, my purchase could have easily been overwhelming. Ahmed was incredibly helpful and patient. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well informed, prepared, and comfortable throughout the process. Not to mention, I got a beautiful car at a price that none of the other dealers i checked out could have competed with. I would absolutely recommend Ahmed and Precision Acura. Thank you!

I saw a 2010 tsx online. I sent out the quote request...

I saw a 2010 tsx online. I sent out the quote request and by the morning Jennifer had contacted me with all the requested information. That afternoon, I went into the dealership was introduced to Debro Kent. Debro spent his whole day with me. Prior to taking the test drive, Debro explained all the features and capabilities of the car. A lot of them I wasn't aware of/ Debro knew them all. After this I took the test drive. Following the test drive, we discussed numbers and Debro was able to get me in the price range that I was comfortable. By the next day I had changed my mind. I decided that I wanted to go with a new tsx, but it was way out of my price range. I discussed this with Debro. Although Debro is in the used car sales department he continued working with me in my new car search. Debro spent another full day with me. I finally decided on the car I wanted. We started working on the paperwork and I changed my mind again. I wanted a different color. They found the color I wanted with the interior color that I liked without a problem. I signed the papers and later picked the car up . Before I could pick the car up, I needed to get insurance. Jennifer Carter helped me with that. She worked during her lunch to call a couple insurance companies and get the best rate. I had no idea what I was doing, but Jennifer took care of the process and got me the rate I wanted. She knew what she was doing and she got it done quickly and easily. During the delivery process, Debro throughly explained all of the features and ways to get familiar with my car. At this point the dealership was closed and Debro stayed even later to make sure I understood the car. I left the dealership happy and grateful that for the experience I had at Precision Acura. Debro was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He wasn't pushy, he was respectful. He was extremely patient. I changed my mind twice and stayed late with Debro both days. I was comfortable and confident while dealing with Debro. He helped me get the car I wanted even when it wasnt in his department. If you are going to buy a car, see Debro. I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to the time when I can get another acura.

My wife and I just bought a new Acura the other day and...

My wife and I just bought a new Acura the other day and couldn't be happier with the car, the dealership but most importantly with Ahmed Heba our sales consultant. From the moment we walked in to when I drove the car off the lot, Ahmed treated my family with respect, kindness and professionalism. I have leased many cars over many years, but never have I had such a pleasant experience as I had with Ahmed. Precision Acura should feel great knowing Ahmed is on the floor, working with customers to make each one feel special.

This is my second time to buy a car at Acura and I bought my first with the same salesman Mr. Debro Kent.He is very proficient and friendly salesman and make you very comfortable and accommodatiing to the customers.I have been to other dealers and sometimes they look at the buyer how we presented ourselves as if we cannot afford to buy a car.Mr. Kent is a very down to earth guy and had the quality of good salesman and for the years that I have been to your dealer even during service,he never forgotten us.Thank you so much.

The staff at Precision Acura, specifically Debro Kent, were great. I met with him and expressed what my wife and I were looking for and was up front and honest that I had been to other acura dealers and had a good idea on what the vehicle can be purchased for. He was honest with me and gave me a very acceptable deal on the first go around. I was so pleased that he did not waste my time and took me seriously and we purchased the car from him on the spot. Then he worked around our busy schedule to deliver the car when we were available. I would recommend Precision Acura time and time again.

Ahmed was very nice, friendly and helpful by giving me great deal for 2013 Acura ILX. It was my first experiene buying the car and he made it so simple and easy. He made sure that I like the car by explaining all the differences between different models. He gave excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles and this was definitely the easist and most pleasant experience. We've got the vehicle we wanted at siginificantly better price than what other dealers offered. We received detailed straighforward information on everything we asked and more. My special thanks to Jacqui Perry, Internet Sales Manager and our salewomen, Brittany Hulek.
