Precision Acura

My wife was replacing a CRV that will be passed to our daughters as they start driving. As a car enthusiast, I did a full research of ALL small SUVS with all price ranges (KIA through to Benz 8-9 in total). I was tempted to stay with a fully loaded CRV but in the end Ahmed worked hard to give me a good deal, making this purchase a no brainer in terms of bang for the buck. The car drives phenomenal, nice 6cyl, powerful, sporty (fun shifters) with MPG not far off the 4cyl CRV. Very happy as it will replace my towing Odyssey in a couple years when girls are gone and i get to buy another Acura(?) thanks ahmed

My experience with this dealership was awful. I negotiated a price, gave a deposit to hold the vehicle and was given a purchase order. I then had my bank fax over my loan approval information and I insured the vehicle. On the day that I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle was no longer available and was not even offered another vehicle as an option. What a complete waste of time! I would not return to this dealer nor would I recommend them to anyone.

After a long search process via online and other local dealers, I knew that within the first 10 minutes of my initial visit to Precision that's where I was going to take my business..PERIOD!! I was greated at the door by Levon, who immediately proved to be highly knowledgeable and helpful in getting me in the '12 TL SH-AWD lease deal I was looking for. Neil was extremely helpful in putting together a deal that far exceeded any previous offer!! If you are in the market for a New/Used Acura do yourself a favor and contact Precision first, and you will look no further!!

Ahmed was so kind. Fabulous customer service. He promised I would everything would be complete in an hour and it was even less than that! Definitely recommend this dealership. Ahmed and Jacqui were both very helpful!

I would strongly recommend this dealership amd Ahmed Heba. Mr. Heba was very professional, not high pressured and did not talk down to us. He made buying a new car a more pleasant experience because of his personality and professionalism. I also would recommend the dealership. It was a nice clean place and everyone seemed to be friendly. We are most grateful that one of the staff follwed us home with our trade in car because we had forgotten our key and needed to use the opener programed into our car. So yes we are very satisfied with the way we were treated and would recommend the dealership and Mr. Ahmed very highly.

It was time for a new car and I was leaning towards a new Maxima. Although I was already in an Acura TL, I did not think I could afford another one. I worked out a pretty good deal with a Nissan dealership for the Maxima but did not sign anything because something didn't feel right. I told my husband that I wanted to at least go look at the TSX because maybe I could afford that. I loved my Acura and hated to get out of it. I went back to Precision Acura since that is where I got my first TL and had a great experience there. I was greated by Darius and he was so friendly and nice. He was working with another customer at the time but at least wanted someone to great us. He introduced us to Mark Gershman who is the person we dealt with the entire time. Mark was great. He brought us on a test drive of the 4 cyl TSX. My husband didn't like it (since we were coming out of a 6 cyl TL). I also didn't like it as much but explained to Mark that I knew I could not afford to get into another TL (or get a good deal like I was going to get on the Maxima). Mark reassured us that he would get us a price that we were happy with and we test drove the new TL. After speaking with Mark and meeting with Neil, we settled on a price that made us happy. We let them know we would "sleep on it" and make our decision the next day. Both Neil and Mark were helpful, respectul and did not pressure us. I really appreciated that. Well sure enough, we were there the next day buying our TL. I was a little bit of a pain not being abel to decide what color and Mark had nothing but patience with me. Also, there were 2 of the exact same TLs and my husband wanted to drive both of them and Mark happily agreed. Our overall experiece at Precision Acura was great! I am happy I made the decision to get another TL! Thanks Precsion Acura Team!

I just bought 2012 Acura MDX. This was my best experience ever buying new car. All steps of the process, including negotiation, were very easy, fast and surprisingly pleasant. Staff is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Tim is a very friendly and professional sales person who helped me a lot when I bought the 2009 certified MDX. When I took delivery, he explained all the various features of the vehicle thoroughly and clearly, not in a rush at all. I will definitely recommend my friends to precision Acura and ask for Tim when they buy Acura.
