Sienna purchase
Debro, was very helpful and made our shopping a lot easier. My wife and I are very happy with our car. Unfortunately we are having a small problem that needs to be repaired. Although our shopping was a great experience I can't say the same for their service department. One of their service personnel is not very professional when talking to someone on the phone.

This is our third new vehicle purchase with Precision Acura. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service. The service department has been great to work with over the years and always accommodates our schedules. I did look at other brands before making this new vehicle purchase. The combination of the vehicle, the sales team, and the service team brought me back to Precision Acura. I couldn't be happier.

From the minute we walked into the dealership, Ahmed was at our side asking how he could help. We were in a hurry, had only one day to find a used car for my nephew to take back to the University of Michigan on Labor Day (He plays tennis for the team and had been traveling all summer, only had one weekend at home)..... I was despairing due to my limited financial resources. Michael did not want to get his hopes up for a used luxury car, so we were just looking for a well-preserved trade-in with higher mileage. Ahmed immediately showed us some good options on the lot, and Michael fell in love with a 2005 BMW 330i with 94K miles on it. After a test drive, I could not get Mike to consider any other car, even with lower mileage. This car had been extremely well-maintained, and we didn't want any problems with it while Mike was in college and driving long distances through mountains. But the price tag was 4K beyond my resources. It was a miracle to us, but somehow Ahmed made it happen. We collected all our cash resources, he reduced the price by 4K if we paid cash. The next morning we drove 11 hours to Michigan, through rainstorms and mountains, without a "hitch"! THANK YOU AHMED!! We will surely come back when we need another car! My advice to potential new customers reading this: "Don't give up if you've found the right answer. THey will work with you at Precision Acura of Princeton to make it happen"! I really believe that if Mike takes good care of this car, he will be driving it ten years from now! I never believed I'd be saying this about a car dealership, because most people believe they are out to get all the money out of your pocket....but in this case, it's quite possible that Ahmed took money out of his pocket and gave up his commission to make this possible for us. This is a true story. I hope he makes some money on his next sale!

Our buying experience with Precision Acura was first-rate, from the moment they responded to an email inquiry with detailed information about available vehicles and pricing, until we took delivery two days later on our new 2012 Acura MDX. We got the vehicle we wanted at a price that was substantially better than what other dealers offered. The sales person with whom we dealt, Mr. Ahmed Heba, was superb: no hard sell, no games, just very friendly, straightforward dealings, in which available vehicles and options were clearly presented for our consideration and decision. When we took delivery, he was especially thorough and clear, and not at all rushed, in his explanation of the various features of the vehicle. If you're in the market for an Acura, Precision is the place to go and Mr. Heba is the salesman to deal with.

I just purchased an RDX in February. The Salesman connected the Blue Tooth for me. This past week I had to purchase a new phone. No one at Verizon could help. I drove over to the Precision Acura dealership in Princeton and asked if anyone could help me. Ahmed Heba came to the rescue. He was extremely friendly, kind and interested in my problem. He asked for my phone, we went to the car and he quickly connected the Blue Tooth. He knew exactly what to do and did it in an extremely helpful and kind way. It was a pleasure dealing with Ahmed. I will take my car to Precision Acura for all of its requiered maintenance needs. Thank you Ahmed for being so helpful.

My product consultant, Ahmed Heba, made my experience fun and exciting! Ahmed answered all of my questions with a smile and did not make me feel like I was being forced to purchase a vehicle. Great service at dealership, friendly staff and excellent used car inventory. Mr. Kent was a pleasure to do with business with. Has a vast knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, both Acura and other makes. He doesn't pressure the customer into purchasing a vehicle. Did a great showing the vehicle to me and had a great experience as a whole at this dealership. Will definitely look to make future automobile purchases at Precicion Acura of Princeton and recommend them to other looking to purchase a vehicle.
