I had a very positive experience at Precision Acura. Gus answered all my questions, took plenty of time with me but never made me feel pressured. He even answered questions via text on his day off! I felt like I was dealing with a regular person when working with him. I wish all sales people were as real as Gus!

When I tell you that Gus is by far the most genuine...

When I tell you that Gus is by far the most genuine person, I cannot emphasize how much leg work he put in to help me make informed yet comfortable decisions. While waiting on my paperwork, he catered to my rumbling stomach, my serious need for mid-day coffee & patiently waited for my return from my Credit Union… He graciously organized docs and navigated the Geico automated system for me (my temperament does NOT do automation !) he accommodated my last min “buy outright” decision without pushback, never rushed me or dumped me on another sales rep. In one afternoon he got me wheeled, good dealed and super satisfied. The staff (and snacks😇) made what could have been overwhelming a pleasure! Gus solved every minor issue that arose from my personal anti-creditcard lifestyle…down to The Infamous Dead I-Phone🧐 (He even gifted me one to match my interior) Mr fazio sealed the deal with his persistence with the tech issue that i thought would ruin my day; NOPE he got the issue solved and pleasantly sent me on my way in my new ILX🥰 Thnx again fellas
