Precision Acura is by far the best dealership. Excellent staff, courteous and definitely not pushy like most others. I even asked my salesman to help me get my second car that will be a Honda Pilot just because he’s that good and doesn’t even sell that car at his dealership.

Today, I purchased two new cars from Precision Acura of Princeton. I traded two late model cars from a competitor because the customer service from this dealer is exceptional in both sales and service. While I liked the other brand of cars, the dealer experience left much to be desired. I should know after years of car buying that the vehicle itself is not enough to enjoy. The quality of customer care at the dealer before, during, and post sale is paramount to making the ownership experience truly positive, and Precision Acura consistently exceeds my expectations. Eric Sebar, the General Sales Manager, stayed on top of my vehicle order and kept me informed of its progress. Michael in finance was very easy to deal with and presented options in a low pressure and well informed manner. Kevin my sales person was on top of everything and made the delivery processes easy. I highly recommend this dealer for all they do!

The start of my experience was perfect. Vincent was the guy helping me, it all started off exceptionally well. I really wanted to do business with them. They let me test drive an RDX Advance and then an RDX A Spec the following day when they had 1 come in. Loved both cars and was very happy to proceed. I was in the process of selling my car to Carmax and I'd planned on using the cash for a down-payment. I was very open with them and told them I was shopping around. So, a couple days later I test drove another car (Which I fell in-love with) and decided to go for that vehicle instead. It was less expensive than the RDX too. (I had already told somebody from that dealer I'd gone elsewhere and she was really nice about the whole thing and I assumed that was the end of my Acura experience!) The day I was completing the deal on my new car, Vincent called me repeatedly VERY upset I didn't do business with him. To the point where I had to put down the phone because it was getting extremely heated. He continued to HARRASS me and attempted to call me back at least half a dozen times to the point where I had to block his number. Lets get one thing straight Acura of Princeton, it's MY CHOICE & MY RIGHT to choose what vehicle I drive and what dealer I work with. Completely unacceptable behaviour. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I do want to say that Joe was really nice. I believe he genuinely wanted to help me but they couldn't match the money I was getting for my old car. I'm only doing this review because of Vincent's behaviour. Joe and the other guys I came across seemed like really good people.
