I just purchased my 15th car from Precision Acura since I began shopping here many years ago. I continue to return to this dealer because of the excellent sales and service professionals that make the car buying experience really special. Eric Sebar (General Sales Manager), Gus Chalak (Sales Consultant), and Mike Fazio (Finance Director) were extremely responsive to my requests, considerate of my needs, forthcoming with pricing and pre-owned car's condition, and treated me like the educated car consumer and loyal sales and service customer that I believe I am. This is one of the few dealerships at which I look for excuses to bring my car for service (Mike Mealey is my Service Advisor...also always responsive and provides excellent service...highly recommended) and come look at and purchase cars because the people here simply make me feel valued and I always leave with confidence that my needs are met and that they have my back when it comes to an excellent Acura ownership experience. I highly recommend this dealer.

Purchased my second MDX here. A pleasure to work with the team here. They had the car I wanted; did a full demonstration; kept paperwork down to a minimum, didn’t push upgrades either. The car was registered and had title within 2 weeks of my purchase. Additionally, offered a very fair price for my trade in; right in the mid-range of internet pricing, even though my mdx was from 2016.

Knowledgeable about the vehicles. Provided a test drive on short notice. No high pressure sales tactics. Thorough familiarization session when the vehicle was delivered. Follow-up afterwards to see if I needed any help controlling the car's features.
